[Resolved]  Documents — missing courier

i booked my letter through blazeflash courier no[protected] from delhi to badaun (up ) and it did not reach inspite of more than a week , simple reply from the blazeflash agent that it is missed
it contained some important documents ,

if balzeflash is so irresponsible then it should stop doing coureir service
