Sub: Facing problem in getting calls due to poor network quality provided by Dolphin
I am customer of dolphin prepaid mobile service since past more than one year and had four dolphin prepaid connection in my house. Recently due to poor network quality and sufferings my brother had broken two sims and disconnected the service.
Apart from this when ever I have complained regarding the poor network quality, I have got a unique answer that “Please select a network manually”. For your information I have done that hundreds of time but nothing is happened so far.
Yesterday I was about to loose my job because of your network only. My board meeting was postponed and everybody wanted to inform me but due to poor network they have failed to convey this massage to me.
On next day in morning when my Boss asked me, that time I was not in the position to tell him that I was in next building and not attended a board meeting.
In addition to this in the same office premises where my other colleagues who are using other service provider are comfortably using there mobiles and on same place I am struggling to get connected.
If in case call is connected then either I am not able to listen him or he is not able to listen me.
It is my request to all the concerns that, MTNL (Dolphin) has a very good hold in the market where the competition is on extreme and getting more intense day by day. I personally rank Dolphin as one of the best service provider. You guys have done tremendous work for your customers and made 90 percent of them happy all over the India so why not to think for other 10 percent who are struggling due to network quality.
This time I have a very strong belief that some thing will be done and my query will get resolved.
