[Resolved]  Domestic connection — Regarding the metre I got has already 3750 units reading.

Subject : Regarding New connection ( The metre has already 3750 consumed units )
Dear Sir ,

with due respect , I beg to submit that I booked a house in Abhinav Kakda Homes- Number E- 27 , Ayodhya By pass Road Bhopal.
Electric connection formalities are done by the Builder. They manage with MPEB.
The electric metre they ( MPEB -people) fixed is old one and it's not Digital while Other people in the colony got new digital metre.My question is that why did I got old metre in the whole colony and that is also not digital.

Any way old or new doesn't matter . The only thing we want to bring under your kind notice that the metre has already 3750 units of consumption.
So I request you please look into the matter and take the initiatives to sort out the problem.

Respected sir/ma'am,

this is to inform you that therere is no power in our premises for over 48hrs starting from monday evening 5pm, and i have a severe heart patient in my house who is suffering due to the callousness of the people concerned to repairing or restoring power.despite of my repeated complains from monday evening, no one has even cared to fix the problem yet, your call centre is gving false information which is making my our lives miserable, i hope you will understand the situation and help me out against this problem as soon as possible.my complain number is 0810926, and my contact number is [protected] / [protected].

Domestic connection — No power for over 48 hrs

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

This is to inform you that there has been no power supply for over 48hrs in my premises starting from 5pm on monday.Adding to the woes, i have a severe heart patient in my house who is suffering the worst, your call centre is giving false information and there have been no attention given to us despite of my repeated complains, it seems that no one is even bothered about the problem, i hope you will understand my problem and ask someone to attend to it immedietly.My complain number is 0810926, and my phone numbers are-- [protected] and [protected].i humbly request you to help me out against this problem.

Domestic connection — ERRONEOUS BILLING

MY CONSUMER NO. IS [protected]. MY BILL FOR AUGUST IS MUCH INFLATED. I OBSERVE THAT DURING THE MONTH OF JULY NO READING WAS TAKEN. IN THE JULY BIII PREVIOUS READING WAS 8531 AND PRESENT BILL READING OF AUG BILL IS 8991 I.E A DIFF OF 346 UNIT. THE CHARGES FOR ENTIRE 346 UNIT WAS TAKEN. BUT IT IS SEEN THAT AVERAGE AMOUNT OF CHARGES FOR 114 UNITS WAS TAKEN IN JULY.THEREFORE NOT ONLY CHARGES FOR 114 UNIT IS TAKEN EXTRA, ALSO WITH THE REDUCTION OF 114 UNITS FROM 346 UNIT OF AUG., THE RATE WILL ALSO BE LOWER. THEREFORE IT ID REQUESTED TO SEND FRESH BILL IMMEDIATELY TO ENABLE ME TO DEPOSIT THE BILL AMOUNT WITHIN DUE DATE.
