This is to intimate that installation of IGL PNG pipe line and meter are done on our building Thirumala Apartment K -48, K Block, Gali No 6B which is located in Mahipalpur Exten New Delhi 110037. The total 13 Flats owner installed with IGL PNG meter. (Flat No 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 301, 302, 303, 304, 401, 402, 403 and 404) this work is pending prior to first Covid 19 lockdown. (few application form which is submitted to your vendor is attached for your reference).
The main connection from underground (road) to building is still pending even repeated reminder through customer care No[protected] and there is no action taken by the IGL. The domestic consumer nearby our flats is already connected.
You are requested look into this pending work in the last two years.
