[Resolved] Dr Fixit — No waterproofing solutions | |||
Dear Sir, We had contacted a representative who is affliated with Dr Fix It to help resolve water proofing problems. We had got the water proofing done in April, hoping to have no leakages when the monsoon begins. But from the first drop of rain, we have on going leakages. We were told that there is 5 years guarantee on this. We have been calling the person and the person is extremely rude. He has no interest in solving this problem and doesn't even care when I told him, I will complain to Dr. Fix It. He has said that he would be happy to give me the numbers of his superiors. We would like some action to be taken against this person and want Dr Fix It to help solve our leakage problem. We can provide the name, address, telephone number of this person. We are extremely affected by this because we have spent a lot of money and we were counting on the brand of Dr Fix It who claim that they have solutions to every leakage problems. Monsoon has just begun in Mumbai and we look forward to some co-operation before this monsoon gets over. Was this information helpful? | |||

We trusted the reputation and advertisement of dr.fixit and their person who visited our house before waterproofing.After just 2 days of rain everthing fell apart as leakage is now from more places than earlier.True to their advertisement on television showing raincoat over the house now they are suggesting plastic sheet to be put on the top of the terrace. WAITING FOR DR.FIXIT OFFICIALS TO COME AND REFUND OUR MONEY.

I would like to inform you that I had called this number[protected] to get a quotation . This man had shown me so much attitude telling me that he cannot come when ever I want him to come and that he has lot of other works!!! Regret to inform that this is the team and service given by your team . With this attitude your company will soon be bankrupt and be closed !!! Most hopeless, worthless and useless to use dr.fixit on your roof.
My sincere advice, never to go for dr.fixit.
Called dr.fixit centre for work on 1000 sq.ft of my roof.
They sent Mr. Pushpendra and applicater of bhopal center.
It was decided to apply MPB. Two coats in twenty thousand rs.
Applicater applied one coat by only using 20 kg. Of MPB, whereas 50 kg. Was to be applied in one coat as per specifications.
my objection on this was received with no action.
They took 10000 rs. From me by argument.
They never returned for 2nd coat.
Only one coat was applied by insufficient material with lot of water .
Sad, on this part by big company .
Now i am sure that they will not pick up my phone.

Very hope less product. We had done waterproofing on November 2016 for roof of 1100 square feet. We used URP but 2017 monsoon leakages are still there. Infact more than earlier.. spent Rs 20000 and no use of it...No quality of their products only advertising to fool people..please help us to take action against them.
Gave one start as there is no option for NEGATIVE Rating.
Dr. Fixit Waterproofing organization is a big cheaters. They have to Fix themselves first. The service they provide is Worst. The junior mestries are much better than their applicators. They employ cheaters and gain money from the clients. Their Technical person- Chandrakoti Aditya Kumar and their approved applictor - Sridhar Reddy from Hyderabad are masters in cheating people. They do not provide Bills and Warranty cards once the full payment is done. We fed up complaining and follow-ups. Never go for Dr. Fixit Waterproofing services.

We have called your senior manager Mr.Subodh telephonically and we did not replied satisafactory and asked us to contact applicator . After that we called the same applicator and he came after a long time and visited our site and applicator told us this is the falt of company not mine and advised us to call to Mr. Subodh and he will remburse our valluable money to us. But I am very sorry to inform you that a senior manager of such a estemed company is not bothring us and not replying us satisfactory and blaming the application of your applicator so you are requested to kindly accept our complaint im mediately without any delay and rembors our money either from applicator or from your manager because it is allready months has been past and no body is attending our complaint .
