I had taken their water proofing services but the service provided was not analysed properly and hence it was incomplete. So I filed a complaint asking them to analyse the water problem in my hotel shree shyam international and complete the work. But even after repeated follow-ups they did not complete the work. It has been more than 60 days and the complaint is still pending. I am fed up with these people who charge lakhs of rupees but do...

As per subject, we done roof waterprofinig, but didint get any warranty certificate yet...

I am fed up of these people who take lakhs of money but dont give service properly....

The trailing mails are self explanatory. I Have done waterproofing with Dr. Fixit authorized team of Surat zone for my house at Ankleshwar Gujarat. In begging only i complained for poor quality but they told that we are giving guaranty of 5-year on our letter head but nothing will happen for 10-years.
But in next year only my roof started leaking despite my complains they are only giving assurance that they will come after rain but years passing but no action from you prestigious team. The conditions are worsening but i am not getting action from your team.
This my last request and if action is not taken I am free to file a case in consumer court.

The attached photographs of my tares (ROOF) are self-explanatory. Myself Madan Kumar D. Tiwary (Mob. [protected]) After taking details and registering on your website I got numbers of your Gujarat team finally talked with Mr. Modi at Ahmadabad, then he gave no of Baroda zone office and he of Surat zone office Mr. Haresh and finally Bharuch Zone Mr. Mehul.

He gave me two rates INR 60/- per SFT and INR 35/- per sft. And after visiting my house he told that we have to do so many preparatory work so, our proposed rates shall be INR 43/- and after negotiation they agreed for INR 36/- per SFT.

I given INR 25000/- advance then they started the work which was finished when I seen the photographs it looked very bad and when I complained they did one more quote and this pic is after one more quote after their std. work.

As per their bill my area of tares inclusive of parapet is 1300 sft. The material consumed one complete quote today was 30-litters.

As per my review and study of Dr. fixit application video’s and u-tube video’s the work is not satisfactory however I seek your guidance and final comments on the quality of work by seeing the photographs. If you want I have more phots for your kind perusal and conclusion.

Dr. fixit is one of India’s best companies in waterproofing and based on your name only I have chosen you over Asian paints. Kindly guide me what you think

Is the work executed is in line with Dr. Fixit std.
Is the team of Mr. Mehul, Mr. Haresh, Mr. Modi belong to your prestigious team or I am in trap of some cheat
Shall I release complete payment or hold part as performance guaranty

I have constructed new floor and used urp product of fixit but after applying and in few days got to see water leakage which can be seen in pictures. but when i complained on toll free number the supervisors who visited said water proofing failed due to gap in tiles and down area etc etc.and these things were not confirmed to me at the time of water proofing although there was leakage when water proofing was finished hence the observation of technical staff fails.I have used 170litres o[censored]rp and fibre mesh but still Dr fixit guys fails to rectify the problem although for them consumer is only person due to whom water proofing failed.
I DONT KNOW THIS IS HAPPEENING WITH ME ONLY OR MANY MORE LIKE ME ATLEAST NOW ITS CONSUMERISM AND I URGE Sh Bharat Puri MD of Pidilite to look into for consumer problems precisely and from your busy schedules as your company is for and by the people.

We got the Dr Fix it treatment to dry our walls in 1203, Block H1, May Garden City, Zirakpur, Punjab, PIN 140603 through your agent Upendra. He and his team did a shoddy work and one of the walls and the floor is still having dampness instead of 1.5 lakhs of expenditure, In spite of repeated requests Upendra has not rectified the problem. Leaves it for us to request my son Rannvijay Singh Singha of Roadies fame to reflect your quality of work on social media if I don’t hear from you in 48 hours. I am retired Army Office and it pinches me if someone charges me for the poor services.

Applied Dr. Fixit product to fix water seepage after removing all the cement and starting from spraying product on bare bricks and then mixed with cement as well. Two years and walls are as pathetic as it was before. I don’t think this product works and is only being sold by intensive advertising campaign....

I started construction of my shop at kanpur, i got in touch with dr company representatives, i was referred to shailendra as your company applicator, shailendra -[protected], i applied all the chemicals which was suggested, the same can be verified from mr shyam sharma, the current company representative, from lw plus, fast flex to mpv, i did as was prescribed to me from time to time, finally i was told to do quoting of fast flex & casting on my terrace, shailendra did the quoting but did not complete the casting, he left it half way & said will compete the same in the morning at 6 am before the cement sets in, from then on it has been 8 days he hasnt bothered to come, sometimes not picking up the phone, sometimes saying he will get it done the following day, finally today he is saying he is unable to do it & disconnected the phone in the middle of the talk & didnt pick the phone after that.
Previouly i use to get all my water proofing from mc bauchemie dealer based out of kanpur, i never faced any problem, this time i shifted completely to dr fixit & because of which i have to suffer so much, if this the experience i have from a brand like yours then it is better to get from local dealers who do as promised & never make the customer suffer as such.

I saw an advertisement of mr. Amitabh bachchan and called the customer care no of dr fixit. An engineer was assigned and i got my terrace water proofing done.

The guy told me that there is a guarantee of 3 years that there will not be any problem. The very first rain which hit here the problem of water lodging started.

When i called upon the dr fixit guy he told me that at present there is a site going on and he will fix the problem by 3-4 days but still he didn't turned up.

So it was an unprofessional and poor work from dr fixit. I had many other options earlier but i chose dr fixit because it was an old company and i expected a perfect work. So work like this damages the name and reputation of the company.

I enquire on dr fixit some days back, after so many followups a local applicator visited home n saw the problem area n committ that will fix this problem in 2 days but even after 1 week also no body contacted me nor responding to my calls or message.
I am very disappointed with dr fixit service bcoz i taken this service only by name of dr fixit. My work is small so i think local vendor is not interested into it...

I had recently called dr. Fixit inquiring about solution on internal wall waterproofing. The customer care provided me a contact number of a local vendor, who later gave me contact numbers of the local applicator. These local applicator confirmed to visit and check the situation, however never arrived. Vendor provided another applicators contact and even he this applicator didn't show-up. I feel dr. Fixit should seriously revisit the local applicator contracts and allocate genuine ready to help/work contractors.

Applied Dr fixit by authorised people.they are not attending phone now..kindly do the needful at the earliest.did it from a service centre in kannur.they are not attending phone now..leak is severe.done by vaishnav civil maintennace lab and work, kannur.have been trying to contcat them for the past 3 months.initialy he used to attend and tell that will come today and tomorrow..now he doesn't attend phone

We used dr fixit's prime seal and raincoat paint for our new house. And it's only been four months. But the house has started leaking in the first rain shower itself. Dr fixitis cheating customers with their adevertisements. We believed their advertisements and their people and in return we are feelig cheate. Can anybody guide us as how to get this issue solve and where can we further complain anf get the problem solved.

Dr. Fixit provided me ridicilous service interms for inspection. I have chat with their tech person on last week of may-2018 and they have provided site inspection person who visited by home.
Site inspector assured me he will send another person for estimate and other process with in few days. But no one turn up for 2 weeks so i again contact dr. Fixit tech person over chat and inform him about the same. Tech person again assured me he will contact that supervisor person and update me. Mean while i have contact that person but he didnt respond the call.
So final its over a month no follow up taken by dr fixit team and nothing. This is the worst service i have faced.

Last year's my house roofing work was done which cost me rs. 11000/- will an assurance next 5 years we will not have any leakages issue but last year it self faces leakages issue matter was reported to ms. Neha shrivastava and 2 officials from pidilite came to visit and promised to get it rectified after d rain.

When we contacted ms. Shrivastava for rework to be done she had given me. Ankit contact no. And last one month we are religiously following with him but every time either he has to go to clinic or excuses for labour is not available.

Nowadays ms. Neha shrivastava is also not responding which is quite frustrating being a manager of the such a reputed pidilite company if she can not attend to the customer's call than you can imagine what is going to be customer's plight.

We have been calling Dr. Fixit Sales person Mr. Vikram (Mumbai) sales & Mr.Parmeshwar Gupta, Malad, west, Mumbai, Delar, for house water leakage site visit but no rsponse . It seems company top management is only looking their big projects & they are unable to control such officers & delars who spoils the company reputation by providing wrong promises & earning money via unathourised contractors.

I had done waterproofing of my balconies with dr.Fixit and the service provider was one m/s fine build calicut. After the treatment there is leakage and dampnes in the room below the balcony. Inspite of repeated followups with m/s fine build and thier area sales manager at ernakulam mr.Raghu they have not yet rectified the same. They are only prolonging the matter by just visiting the site and giving false promises. Request some senior fixit manager call me and resolve the issue. The site is at west hill calicut. Recently I happened to purchase and apply as per procedure Dr. Fixit 301 Pidicrete URP Ref no. SRE 4522 of 06/14 (5 kg pack) on my terrace balconies to plug water leakages. To my utter surprise, it did not work and with the mumbai rains will be in full swing, the position may worsen. We had contacted a representative who is affliated with Dr Fix It to help resolve water proofing problems. We had got the water proofing done in April, hoping to have no leakages when the monsoon begins. But from the first drop of rain, we have on going leakages. We were told that there is 5 years guarantee on this. We have been calling the person and the person is extremely rude. He has no interest in solving this problem and doesn't even care when I told him, I will complain to Dr. Fix It. He has said that he would be happy to give me the numbers of his superiors.

We would like some action to be taken against this person and want Dr Fix It to help solve our leakage problem. We can provide the name, address, telephone number of this person. We are extremely affected by this because we have spent a lot of money and we were counting on the brand of Dr Fix It who claim that they have solutions to every leakage problems. Monsoon has just begun in Mumbai and we look forward to some co-operation before this monsoon gets over.

In Nov 2010, I contacted Dr Fixit for an authorised applicator for waterproofing my home. I was given the number of Mr Balbir Singh - who was the area sales manager. His cell number is [protected]. He got a contractor and completed the work in 3 days, and gave me a verbal warranty of 7 years assuring me that if there was any complaint, he would look into it immediately. In the first rains in June 2011, there was water seepage in the house. After calling him up many many times, he visited after about 3 months (in September) to inspect the damage. He promised that in the coming week, he would get this repaired. Every week I call him and there is some excuse or the other - either he is shifting his house, or he is out of station or his relative has died. The latest excuse this Saturday (12-Nov-2011) was that his daughter is running fever and he needs to get her blood test done. Of course there is no news from him after that.

I believe that Dr Fixit has hired crooks and cheats as their applicators and all they want to do is fleece the customers. The company should realize that these so called applicators are ruining the reputation of the company. I am thoroughly disgusted and hope other people also never call these appicators. Esp this Balbir Singh who only sweet talks and is the biggest crook around. People in the South Delhi area esp beware because thats where he operates!
