[Resolved] Dr. Lal Path Lab — Wrong blood test report

I gave the blood sample for tripple screening test on 22nd august 2011 at lal collection centre in panchkula (sector - 20). I was given the report on 25th august 2011. But on reading it I found out that the DIABETES STATUS : YES. I was shocked. I told the attendant their that this is not possible. He closely looked at it and replied that "DIABETES STATUS :YES IS DUE TO THE SERVER PROBLEM" and he took back the original report and said that you will get the correct report by 27th august 2011. The test was done by "Dr. NIMMI KANSAL". I unable to understand that how she could sign such wrong reports. How can she be so careless. Now today i.e. 27 august 2011, lab people are not giving me report. I also talked with area manager Mr. Amit Vaid but all of them are giving me silly excuses. I unable to understand what to do. Kindly help.

Do panchkula reprots come to delhi. I had a test done in ggn and that was also signed by Dr . nimmi kansal. I guess the reports are done just for the sake of doing it and just because a brand name "Lal path lab" stands, ppl just sign it without even checking the strict standards required. They think the brand name is big enuff to mint money and play with peoples health.

Dr lal path labs pathetic services. Anybody wanting to get done tests please contact me at [protected]. I can recommend local labs where at least the owner is accountable for delays or correctness. U call sec 15 labs( lab[protected] they collect and then stop taking calls. U get report from lab[protected].
They say u will get reporting online but u keep on trying for next 36 hours no status.
Why pay for BRAND when u get roadside or even worse services and quality of reports questionable?

Gave blood sample for few tests on 25/7/2018. Next day I got a call from lab asking me to come again and give blood sample as we "lost" the previous blood. Pathetic dr.Lal path lab. Highly unprofessional. Plz don't go there. Customer care has no answer for this. I don't recommend this lab at all.
