I was trying to book a test from lalpathlab. The payment was deducted from my paytm wallet but order was not placed.

I had requested Dr.Lal path lab, Vrindavan yojna, Lucknow to collect blood sample from my home. The staff said he will be there at 7.30 am sharp as I requested for the same. I called the staff at 8.45 am after waiting for 15 min. And the staff said he will be here in 5 min. I again called him at 8 am but the phone was unanswered. I called again at 8.15 am and the staff said he is on the way. I told him that now please don't come as I need to leave for office and it's not possible for me waste even a single more minute.
This was really unprofessional on the part of the staff of Dr.Lal path lab as he wasted my 45 min.of morning. The staff name was Mr. Deepak. I would urge to take some strict action against the said staff as this is not the 1st time, it has been done in past also.

Hi Sir, I did my sugar test PP on 7/Jan/2022 bearing Lab No.[protected] but report result came as 62 which is so wrong as Dr. Kamaljit Singh Kainth (Kamal medical care) told while I showed him. Then I contacted to Dr Lal pathlab customer care, their coordination team's one guy from Vasant kunj called me from this no. [protected] and told me not to worry, we will re-test it, I am sending an email to the lab where you did it, so just go there...

Got RTPCR done at Dr. Lal Path lab, Rash Behari Avenue, Kolkata. For traveling purpose. Report not provided even after 30hrs where as they promised to give in maximum 24hrs. Unable to do onward journey and stuck at the airport. Lost flight booking charges. Very very bad service.

Yesterday we had paid Diabetes post and pre test fee to the Dr. Lal Path Lab, Jail Chungi Meerut . They are taking blood samples without taking face mask . I told him that please wear your face mask then he said he has some problem . Today i had appointment with doctor at 10 am but i am not getting my report on time . Uneducated people sit this lab who don't know anything (Photograph unable to attached attached).

Please change your staff and if you are taking advance fee then please give report on time otherwise shut down your services .

I gave my RT-PCR sample to the person around 2 pm on[protected].I had a flight on 31st evening but still I did not got any report. I tried many times in customer support service (15-20 times). They only said we forward your concern to backend team. You will get an call within 2 hours but no body called me. It's more then 48 hours now from the day of sample. And more then 24 hours from yesterday I complaint for my report around 1 pm. Now I want my refund back as soon as possible. My lab I. D is[protected]. And complaint I. D is CMP[protected]. I paid #1200rs# to the guy who collect my sample from my house.

I had booked a test mcu for my son Lekhya Aggarwal with sector 14 branch and paid Rs. 3150/- the test has Ben confirmed with order id 1030740 and message came that they will call within 4 hour thereafter I had contacted them two times but they are saying they have not any detail and not confirming about the test also.

I submitted blood test for malaria via home collection on tuesday, 16.08.2018; in the morning and the result was expected the same day by evening. It has been 4 daya now and there is no result. The diagnostic center gives mixed information. They informed yesterday that the result will be out by 5 but it wasn't. I tried calling them on the evening but could not reach them
Today on the morning they said they spoke to the lab and results are being released. I waited but no results. I called again and the lady on phone said she has no idea why it's taking so long and that she will call and find out. There was no revert on that. And now they are not picking up my calls.
My husband is getting worse each day and without any result we don't know what treatment to start.
This is highly irresponsible!

I am strongly disgusted by the way this whole episode has happened and it seems that this issue is being handled in the same way. I want an immediate resolution to my complaint with a proper justification to below points.

1) why was i not denied the test despite of the lab person knowing that the prescribed period for test was over. Of course i was not aware as a customer but you have your do's and don'ts.

2) i personally gave him my ultrasound report of same day which is also mandatory for giving accurate test result but despite of that same was not considered before giving out my test report (It's mentioned in my report and also confirmed by my doctor).

3) the accuracy level goes for a toss if the ultrasound is not considered even then i was given a report (That's like giving a blood report without taking sample)

4) ever since i have received the report i am going through immense mental trauma and been visiting one doctor after another and been advised a series of expensive tests just because of your inefficient report.

5) even after logging complaint the whole matter is taken very casually and no follow up or explanation is received.

6) i hope you know the consequences a pregnant lady will face just because one of you took their job casually.

7) if i don't receive a satisfactory resolution to my concern i will be taking up this matter further to appropriate authorities as you don't have the liberty to jeopardize a pregnant women's physical and mental health by serving her with a wrong report (Every doctor has same view on the report).

8) who is going to bear the expenses for the different doctors i had/have to visit because of this and who is going to pay for all those expensive tests which now i am forced to undergo because of the inaccurate way my test and report were done.

Dr lal path lab is supposed to have uniformity in their test procedures and should not be giving out a report which is incomplete without proper samples/ultrasound report. An immediate response to this is required as i hope you understand the complexity of the case

I got myself checked for anti tpo test. The value they gave me was greater than 1300! Which according to my doctor was impossible and signifies various serious ailments including thyroid cancer. I got my blood rechecked at 2 other reputed labs and the value was just around 100 in both.
After making multiple complaints in this lab all i got was reply that give us phone no. Of your endocrinologist we will talk to him!
Such pathetic...

Home sample was collected by lal path labs of my wife surbhi tripathi against lab no.[protected] for fsh, lh & estrogen recepter on dated 13.05.2018.
Firstly the the home collection specialist not competent enough doesn't know the rates, diagnosis.
After 3 days when i inquired about the report they charrged a higher price and provided incorrect report. Fsh & lh was diagnosed but for estrogen receptor result is sample not collected.
On further enquiry they said that we have collected insufficient quantity of sample due to which i have missed my doctor appointment & will need to wait for another 1 month for the treatment.
They have thus harassed financially & mentally their client needs a resolution and action against them.

5th aug, 17 (Saturday) at 11.00 am me and my wife (Isha) visited dr. Lal path lab, mughal kanal, karnal for billirubin & sgpt test. My wife given blood samples & reports comes at 4.00 pm. I was shocked to see billirubin level was 7.77.

Then i visited dr. Lal path again to request them to verify these reports as my wife's health is very better now. But representative refused to do that and said our reports are 100% right & verified by doctors. He also said if you want to do test again you can do & we will charge again. Then we go to another lab on the same day as we were sure reports are not right & as per their reports billirubin comes 1.99.

It was very strange to see the difference between both reports 7.77 & 1.99.

Why we are paying double amount to dr. Lal path only because of their name & services.

I dr. Rupinder kaur maan called up lal path lab to get serum urea, creatnine and hba1c levels for my mother jaspal kaur on 19 aug 2016 and when i checked the reports online (Lab no.[protected] i found that in place of only serum urea, creatnine whole so called kidney panel which include sodium, potassium, chloride, protein, albumin, urea acid was performed and only random blood sugar was done in place of hba1c and for all these test lab personal had charge rs. 750.00 and only test which i needed out of all these investigations which was unnecessarily done and i was charged for was urean and creatnine cost of which is only rs. 190.00. Also when i brought this matter to mr. Vijay thakur, team leader home collection north zone dr. Lal path lab he totally put the blame on my mother who is only matric pass and obviously non medico having no knowledge of nature of these investigations that she had asked lab technicians who had come to collect home sample to get those useless test done and he also asked me to pay for the investigations which i originally asked for if i want them now.

I gave the blood sample for tripple screening test on 22nd august 2011 at lal collection centre in panchkula (sector - 20). I was given the report on 25th august 2011. But on reading it I found out that the DIABETES STATUS : YES. I was shocked. I told the attendant their that this is not possible. He closely looked at it and replied that "DIABETES STATUS :YES IS DUE TO THE SERVER PROBLEM" and he took back the original report and...
