[Resolved]  Dri Symantec — Unauthorized billing

On my MBNA mastercard right below the Norton Annual Renewal (authorized) was an unauthorized billing from DRI SYMANTEC (Lumxembourg LLU) for $49.00.

we were able to find out who used our card call this number[protected]. we had canceled the card so i was able to give them the card number and the company was able to find out who used the card and where they lived.
They "auto renewed" my "Norton" software for $69.99 which caused a dormant bank account for a closed law practice to generate an additional $35.00 fee. New York reached an out of court settlement with Symantec for this type of fraud. Go to your bank and demand they file charges in keeping with Bank Reg E, do not take no for an answer. This happened in California. Am sending all info to our Attorney General. In addition the first time I called, they ran me around for 30 minutes, and then gave me a FAKE CASE NUMBER. Outrageous. The people the call center seemed sooooo embarrassed, they seem to know what is going on. This is a case of a sales driven company EVP going nuts with running up revenue illegally to shore up lagging sales. The corporate headquarters in Cupertino does not answer its telephone number listed on the 10K, and then disconnects you with a message that they are closed.
Charge fraudulant anyone have the # to Symantec customer service I have a huge problem
I was chared $49.00 for Norton backup on my charge card and never got my download.
What can I do to get my money back?

DrI Symantec WWW.MYORD.COMMN charged my CC for $39.99 I don't use Norton and I am not sure who this company is.
