Mark Consultancy they say v are partner and get money from u, make u to join there, pls dont trust them, they ask more than 15k plus from company demand..company also knew this..after joining i[censored] ask they said partner n made me to pay high money they easily say thats ur problem v cant do anything but this FEMTOSOFT TECHNOLOGY also included in this cheating..consultancy owner will come every week to company. FEMTOSOFT TECHNOLOGY md dont ask anything because he also getting shares in this cheating..they successfully continuing this cheating pls aware..
Techniques they using to cheat people is...they say we give you three month training.Then do Evaluation which is totally different from what they gave in three months to make u out..I[censored] escaped from this evaluation they give u job 5k for first three month and 8k for next months..Then this company will start next Plan to Cheat us..
FEMTOSOFT TECHNOLOGY just need four or five persons..for that they take 60 people and ask them15 k for training..after three months they says v are not satisfied with ur performance so u can go to rest of 55 people ..
In training period they dont even train u for Single day..first day itself they give u work in name of task which is unrelated to your academic knowledge or technology u choose to work there and they give u pressure to run from there
They dont give single paise return after u discontinued ..if discontinued in one day itself they dont mind .. FEMTOSOFT TECHNOLOGY ultimate aim to robbing 15k from u..
In training u cant learn anuthing, they make u to forget what u know by name of teaching new technology that too dont train just they say name of software..

In company u dont have separate washroom for ladies and gents staff.

We've come a long way since we took people on the basis of a decent interview. We've learned a number of lessons on the way: first, a mistake in hiring a person costs you really in the long term, both in wasted training and in the excessive management time to try to keep them on track, so it's worth investing time in it. Second, even after the above process we can still get it wrong, so we are quick to terminate employment during the probation period if they turn out to be unsuitable. There is a saying: a company's largest unnecessary expense is the time between realising a person is not right for the role and subsequently doing something about it.
Thankfully we've not had to fire unsuitable recruits too often. This happened as we focus on fresher’s or final year students, who are willing to join as trainee, get them train in our project, After finishing the training, candidate with good technical knowledge will stay with us as an employee.
Thus this becomes a mutual benefit for both organisation and individual, in terms of having Good candidates and in terms of learning technical knowledge respectively.
