[Resolved]  DTC Bus — Regarding Conductor's self-made policy

Bus Timings when boarded: around 5.50 at sector-14, gurgaon

I took this bus from sector-14, gurgaon to go to Uttam nagar. While taking ticket from the conductor, I saw one seat vacant next to conductor's seat. Conductor has spread all the ticket's bundles on the vacant seat. When I asked him to give the vacant seat to me, he told me that its difficult to give tickets and he will only give the seat to me after Kapashera border has reached (which was around 40 mins away). When I told me that this is not the way to occupy available seat since we buy tickets for these seat, he said all the conductors do the same thing. When I said it is his misconception about other conductors since I have travelled in other buses as well for the same route, he didn't understand.

Atlast, to get the vacant seat, I told him I can hold all his ticket's bundles. After that only he gave the seat to me.

I want to understand who actually appoint these type of conductors who doesn't understand that they are not the owners of the bus and they can't do whatever they want to. I want to see some action against these conductors. Please check for the same route and timings since the conductor remains same at these timings.
