[Resolved] DTC — to start a new route b/w munirka to safdarjung hospital

sir im working in lajpat nagar.there is no direct route b/w my mundka (my home) & safdharjang, only a Ltd bus b/w Rani Khera & Nheru Palace which is over flow.so, make this Ltd. Survice to a permanent route & play two or three buses, so that permanent passengers & also DTC(high cash) are benefited Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

My wife boarded the DTC bus 392(06:15 PM) from Sec-62 Noida and the problem arised with the engine on 12-22. The Conductor had not returned the fare as told to wait for another DTC BUS. My wife had waited there for 45 min and took the fully loaded orivate bus. What the action is to be taken against that driver.
