Dear Team,
I would like to report an incident of inappropriate driver behavior.

At around 10:00 AM, at the Janpath Road bus stand (near the route towards Dr. Manmohan Singh’s house), the driver of the bus bearing Vehicle Number: DL51GD8606 did not stop the bus at the designated bus stand. When this was questioned, the driver behaved rudely and argued with my mother, causing inconvenience and distress.

Resolved my issue the refund. But the problem during complaint was that there was no such process information like not website not via mail we get a confirmation that our issue I only got a mail from consumer complaint that my issue has been sent to DTC that was on 11 dec 2025, but DTC dep. my issue not resolved and answering me

Hi,

I am from House number- 252, Phase 3B1, Sector 60 Mohali. My name is Prabhdeep Kaur. I have complained several times about attack of street dogs everyday and nobody is helping out. I thoroughly request the removal of these 2 particular dogs as it is risking life of residents and other house pets. I have complained to the MC as well and no one has helped us as of yet.

I hope someone looks into this matter...

I was visiting here in delhi for the very first time. I was standing on rohini sec 18 red light and I boarded 879A bus from the red light. I was standing there with money in my hand. Bus as i was new in delhi I don't know who's the ticket provider and after just 1 minute checker came and fined me 200rs and when I requested I am new here he started to abuse me. I requested them to make a ticket but they told me to pay 200 and I paid them on...

I am writing to formally report an incident involving DTC bus DL1PD 4937, operating on Route 507CL from Dholakuan to Okhla Abul Fazal Enclave, which occurred on 12th July 2025 between 12:00 PM and 12:15 PM, near the Jamia Millia Islamia bus stop.

At this location, the bus was halted, and the staff informed passengers that the road was blocked due to another bus, D001.
All passengers of 507CL (DL1PD 4937) were instructed...

In spite of most seats in the bus were vacant/empty.
There were 7 passengers waiting but the bus moved on without stopping at the bus stop passengers ran after the bus and kept running after the bus and kept knocking the door. Few metres ahead at the red-light signal near Lal Mandir driver stopped the bus...

I booked my ticket in bus route 165A DL51GD 9775 from Rohini Sector -16 crossing to Shahabad Dairy and it was booked. The amount ₹9 Debited from my account. The ticket went into view all, meanwhile the bus squad entered the bus and asked to show the ticket. I told the team that I have taken the ticket and shown my message despite the fact they misbehaved with me and penalized with ₹200. You can see the face of officials in this photograph...

I have applied for a bus pass on 6 november, 2024. But my application has been rejected Bus Pass Application Id[[protected]] has been rejected due to non-submission of Duly filled pass application form attested by authorised signature of the institute, Miscellaneous Administrative Reason.

I paid 150 rupees via Google Pay and after rejection i haven't got the refund for the same.

Today when i am coming from my work i give sign to stop the bus but the bus driver said abused words and not stopped the bus and then i took next bus and go to the next stop and i find that the bus that doesn't stopped is behind me i suddenly exit the bus and enter that bus and i asked the driver why he doesn't stopped the bus he replied by abused words. Bus No. DL 1PD 4646 alloted No. 774B time around 12:35 pm .Please take strict action immediately other wise i will register a F.I.R.

Respected Sir/Ma'am, I wanted to tell you that On 6 th September I applied for e pass through dtc website and I paid 400 rs but next day when I checked the application status it shows that the application has been rejected but the amount that I have paid is not refunded. I registered a complaint on pgms Delhi and on 14 sept I got a respond that my payment will be refunded to that account from which it was deducted but no date was given 10...

Hi team,

This is regarding complaint against a DTC bus driver bus no. 741 (DL1PD5261- Jonti Village) whose driver is approx 45 to 50 years old.
Buses run from Manglapuri stand (palam delhi) depot at 9:30 in the morning everyday.
The bus driver behaves very rudely with all the passengers and specially to women because girls travel on free tickets and that driver gets very irritated. He always makes excuses that...

Today when i am going to my school i waited for 40 minutes but no bus came but after some time a bus came number DW-4 came i give them a gesture to stop but he say something and didt stop . i am noticing this bus since 2 months the bus driver never stops the bus. i requrest you to take actions.
