Raising issue regarding student bus pass refund

I'd applied for the concessional e bus pass application number[protected] for two months service but my application got rejected because of some additional requirements in the application form. I'd paid the amount through UPI transaction and now it's so disappointing you've taken no action regarding this issue. And on the update link, it shows that my money has been refunded but it actually hasn't.

Regarding bus pass approval

Respected sir/mam

My application no[protected]

I have applied for DTC bus pass service.but it's not getting approval yet. this is problem with everytime either it's get delayed or rejected without giving any proper reason.

I am a student not able to spend so much on transportation but everytime it's created problem and unnecessary tension

Misbehavior of DTC bus Conductor

Sir/mam,
It's Laxmi Nagar where I'm residing. This morning, I took Bus No. DL 1PC 7290 from Laxmi Nagar to Barakhamba. Regarding a bus ticket I had, a DTC bus conductor mistreated me. I took the ticket online. The conductor asked me to show me your ticket and I showed them my ticket. then he yelled at me and said come here and show me I can't see then I replied I can't go there, you come and check. Hearing this he got angry and started...

Nuisance of dogs

I am staying in veerapuram mahindra city.
We have numerous of stray dogs. Every it is becoming great challenge to get because of these dogs barking .

Every single day it is torcher. I have been staying here more than a year. I can count how many days I got sleep peacefully.

Refund of my rejected bus pass

I have applied for a bus pass on March 26, 2024. But my application has been rejected on March 26, 2024 at 12:43pm stating Your Bus Pass Application Id:[protected] has been rejected due to non-submission of Duly filled pass application form attested by authorised signature of the institute, Miscellaneous Administrative Reason.

I paid 783 rupees via Google Pay and after rejection i haven't got the refund for the same.br...

I have applied for a bus pass on 22nd March 2024 . But my application has been rejected on 22nd March 2024 stating Your Bus Pass Application Id is[protected] has been rejected due to non-submission of Fee Receipt attested by Authorised signatory of the institution, Miscellaneous Administrative Reason.

I paid 500 rupees via Paytm and after rejection i haven't yet got the refund for the same.

Forced challan

On 5 th March 2024 I was traveling from dhaula kua to chhatarpur... I wasn't carrying cash but willing to pay the bus fare by scanning the QR code... But unfortunately my internet connection wasn't working and I was waiting for the network to come
The checking official pulled me out of the bus and fined me 200...I told them my problem but they didn't listen and charged 200... Pls help me getting my 200 back im ready to pay the bus...

I booked DTC online e buss pass general AC for all routes delhi region on dated 27/02/24.I fill all the details after that payment deducted through UPI but E buss pass not received yet. I have checked online application status mention "Application received and payment under clearing" and also checked e sbi transaction status "payment clear on 29/02/24".

Bus pass fee refund

Dear,
I applied monthly dtc student bus pass and it got rejected due to non-submission of Fee Receipt attested by Authorised signatory of the institution, Miscellaneous Administrative Reason.
With the mail they provided for information about my bus pass rejection they also provided a link and I was told to reapply with that link but the link is also not working.
Kindly process my refund of 100

Complaint against driver of cluster bus

Today at 3.36 pm a cluster orange colour bus route no. 448 towards punjabi bagh is driving harshly as I was on my pulsar bike on the way towards deoli road, so I had taken the snaps of bus, bus no. is DL1PD0060.
As I was in front of bus near to deoli bus stand and in front of me there is another bus, and the driver of mentioned bus is shouting at me and behaving as if he will push me in case I am not moving aside.
Accordingly...
