I hereby, would like to inform you that, I had applied for E-BUS PASS and complete the payment .

The pass got rejected (reason : payment not reflected), but I had done the payment.

please refund my money, I had also visited scindia house DTC office for same problem, but I did not get any solution.

      Cluster bus number DL1P/D5298, bus route number 874, plying back to badarpur border, reached badarpur border at 4.30 /4.35 pm on 08/12/2023...Bus had reached near badarpur border, the driver stopped bus around six pillars prior to the u turn of buses for entering the bus station where finally buses stops for next round.It is almost 99.99 percent drivers stops bus before taking u turn so that all remaining passengers get down.On 8/12/2023 the above route number 874 bus was stopped by driver six pillars prior to u turn and told all passengers to get down.I am senior citizen 78 years of age carrying bag on my shoulder and one poly bag having tomattoes, onion 1kg each in my hand, so requested the driver that u turn is quite at a distance and u please drop us at u turn where almost all drivers stop bus so that passengers get down. But the driver was, due to his high headedness and carefree attitude replied that aap ke ghar chodunga and speeded bus and did not stopped at u turn and continue driving till his bus stopping place arrived and when he was about to reach there he tactically raised accelrator and then adruptly applied brake so that i loose my balance and got hurt due to not able to control my grip of bus.Other 3/4 passengers were also there and they also repeadedly keep on requesting this driver that he should stop bus enabling them to get down but he did not listen.On reaching destination when i tried to know his name he did not bother, he got downfrom the bus and went away.I tried to follow him to know his name but he refused.On telling the conductor of bus, the conductor did felt sorry and told that he will make driver understand that he should not have acted like this but the driver was having carefree attitude did not bother at all.My submission is that driver must be given a lesson, how is left to the dtc concerned officials.I will keep on pursuing the matter to the best possible efforts so that such drivers need to be given appropriate lesson to make them understand that his actions were not desirable.It will earn a bad name to the entire dtc drivers and dtc as a whole.I

          DTC bus hit my parents who was returning from hospital due to this accident my father hand cut & he got 17 stitches . the driver of the bus did not take any responsibility & he ran away from the spot and didnt give any claim.

                  Complaint- unprofessional ,rude & unethical behaviour and fraud done by dtc staff

                  Dear dtc management,

                  this is vinay kumar singh( a law abiding citizen of india).

                    So I was applying for 3 month bus pass and pay 300rs via paytm I done it 3 day ago after 1 day I got an email your application is rejected but they didn't give any refund back so please DTC refund my 300rs, I'm a college student so please refund as soon as possible

                        I applied for an e-bus pass on October 23, 2023. I only have a reference number. I called customer care and they said that I had only visited Sindhi House. Why does DTC offer online service if payment cannot be made online? I already emailed DTC but they have not replied. Customer satisfaction is zero. Please support me here.

                          The day before yesterday I was traveling with 971 bus number. I took ticket of rs. 15 from khajuri to model town 3. The ticket checker issued a rs. 200 fine at me at the model town 3.

                              First of all very few buses are available numbered 347 kashmere gate - Noida sec 34 and yet drivers don't stop buses from where we have to pick bus. Bus no. DL1PC7991 driver acted very dude and ignored the people on the stop to take up the bus in morning

                                I was waiting for the bus OMS(-) at the bus stand of R K Puram sector 8 New Delhi. While I was there a bus with bus number plate DL-1PD-5924, I waved at the driver and gave him a clear signal to stop the bus, but he judiciously ignored me standing and went away, luckily there was a red light ahead and he had to stop the bus, I ran near the bus and asked him to open the door, to which when I persisted he opened and stared abusing me. I request you to help me out if this is how we the normal people are treated when we pay all of our taxes and this type of service we get. I asked the bus conductor for the name of the driver but he ignored and said that he isn’t a permanent driver and didn’t told the name,
