I applied for DTC bus pass online and my payment was made on September 17, 2026.
I went to the DTC office several times, but no one listened to me.
No one can do government work, no one can do anything for them, they behave like this.
I called several times but there was no response, sir.

I'd applied for renewal of the concessional e bus pass for my father Senior citizen on 8th October with application number[protected] for three months service but I've not received any pass yet. The pass was to be valid from 10th October but the application status shows " Application received. payment is under clearing". I have experienced that vehicle number DL1PD8282 (DEVI Service) bus .
Seen at 8.45 am on 28/9/2026 at near by Burari Police Station and was going to Burari side and board shown route number 162.
This bus was on very high speed and driver was doing rash driving and hit my vehicle with its side and my cars left hand side mirror has been destroyed. Even after this bus was in tremendous speed though the road was very tough and more...

I was waiting for the bus at the TILAKPUL/ Chander Nagar bus stand when I saw the bus and sign with the hands to stop the bus. The driver doesn't stop the bus at all after seeing my hands. Also signals with the hand to take the other bus

This incident has happened near Indraprastha School, Sec 10, Dwarka New Delhi 110075.

The bus driver of BL 1PD 7535 at 2.15 PM on 30 July 2026 accelerated his bus on seeing children cross.

He was on the turn and enough time for children to cross over but he accelerated and stopped inches before the children and parents.

On asking if he cannot see - He said I cannot.

Please introduce new buses in place of 460 and 479. the conductors of the same misbehave with ladies and older generation a lot. tamasha is being done daily in those two buses since past two decades now. wat a shame. india cant be a vishwaguru cuz of such tamashewalas.
everyone knows how humiliating they make u feel for getting on those two buses. as if they r some emperors. begging for a role as conductor in dtc buses is not emperor...

Dear Team,
I would like to report an incident of inappropriate driver behavior.

At around 10:00 AM, at the Janpath Road bus stand (near the route towards Dr. Manmohan Singh’s house), the driver of the bus bearing Vehicle Number: DL51GD8606 did not stop the bus at the designated bus stand. Hi,

I am from House number- 252, Phase 3B1, Sector 60 Mohali. My name is Prabhdeep Kaur. I have complained several times about attack of street dogs everyday and nobody is helping out. I thoroughly request the removal of these 2 particular dogs as it is risking life of residents and other house pets. I have complained to the MC as well and no one has helped us as of yet.

I was visiting here in delhi for the very first time. I was standing on rohini sec 18 red light and I boarded 879A bus from the red light. I was standing there with money in my hand. Bus as i was new in delhi I don't know who's the ticket provider and after just 1 minute checker came and fined me 200rs and when I requested I am new here he started to abuse me. I am writing to formally report an incident involving DTC bus DL1PD 4937, operating on Route 507CL from Dholakuan to Okhla Abul Fazal Enclave, which occurred on 12th July 2025 between 12:00 PM and 12:15 PM, near the Jamia Millia Islamia bus stop.

At this location, the bus was halted, and the staff informed passengers that the road was blocked due to another bus, D001.
All passengers of 507CL (DL1PD 4937) were instructed...

In spite of most seats in the bus were vacant/empty.
There were 7 passengers waiting but the bus moved on without stopping at the bus stop passengers ran after the bus and kept running after the bus and kept knocking the door. Few metres ahead at the red-light signal near Lal Mandir driver stopped the bus...
