DTC — CONDUCTOR DOESN'T CARE TO COMMUTTERS

Dear Sir,

I have to say that Bus conductor & driver of Root No. 398(Ex), Bus No.-8311 are not serving properly. They don't follow the roots of bus. One day on dated 23rd August 2010 (at 10:00 pm), that was coming from Nehru Place to Mayur Vihar Phase-III. When the bus was to reach the near to Mayur Vihar Phase-III, he suddenly turned for his destination and when many people told about its roots, this bus goes through Mayur Vihar Phase III (Khora Colony), he didn't understand, and misbehaved to riders and also refuse to give the complain book to us and also told what will you do, this bus will go through my intention.

Kindly understand the problems of bus commutters and try to make better facility to commutters.
