DTC — Bus drivers misbehave

It happened twice with me. Outer Mudrika Bus towards Munirka never stops at the Ber Sarai bus stop. It just slows down and you have to get on the moving bus which is very risky. If you ask the bus conductor or driver about it their attitude is like everyone gets on then why do you have problem, just take ticket and sit down!!
It's like they are providing us free ride! Their attitude is intolerable! They drive very rough as if we are just animals in the bus!
