[Resolved]  Durga Builder Pvt. Ltd. — Not give the plot

I have come to know that Hon'ble Supreme Court has given direction to the Director, Town and Country Planning, Haryana Chandigarh to identify and prepare list of genuine allot tees of plot holders. ;I am not associated with any Welfare Associations who are fighting against the Durga Builder for plots. I have paid full money for 100 sq yadr plot and waiting for the decision of the Court. Whether, it is necessary to associate with any one of the Association to get listed in the genuine buyers or otherwise.

I have been allotted a plot in Edinburg city by Durga builder by order of honorable Supreme Court inWP no 113/96 477/96, 792/96, 876/96 dt 2.12.99 I have paid all the development charges demanded by Durga builders and were given to DTCP faridabad I was handed over physical possession on 13.1.2000 Now, please tell me who will make REGISTRY in my favor and what I have to do for that.

I am a sufferer of Durga Builders fraudulent due to lack of communication at that time I was unable to pay the development charges although I paid total amount of the Plot. Pl. someone help me and give suggestion for next step.

Any tentative date for this case to get resolved?

Date after date, its so sadening. It seems to be a distant dream while we are alive.
Feel like shedding tears everytime I think about this case.

my father also purchased a plot but nothing had happened anybody know about Durga Builders Pvt. Ltd please update me also about this.

If you have little money, don't ever think to approach Supreme or High Court.

However, you all can also shed your tears at the following addresses:

1. Directorate of Town and Country Planning, Haryana, Sector-18, Chandigarh.

2. Senior Town Planner, HUDA Complex, Sector-12, Faridabad.

My father also purchase a 100sy plot from Durga Builder. We also did not get any information regarding plots.
Please someone can update the current status about plot.

I am also running for this plot and went and met with people in huda office, after long they told me did you file the petetion in high court, if not then file the petetion.. we dont know what to do. Only people getting plots who file the case... i did not understand what to do
we are waiting for long as you know... we met with DTP faridabad, no one is going to help... is there anyone who can help us

please help us to get our plot in durga builder, no one is helping in huda office, even we contacted chandigarh office, everyone is pointing each other, go to faridab office, go to chandigarh ofice, list is finalise etc etc.

My Father had paid the amount in installment for a plot at okhla enclave, hoping that we will have our land at okhla enclave, a land to be developed by Durga Builders. But this cheater has already gone lost and we don't know the fate of our claim. Can any body advice us what to do now, at [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

I also purchased a plot from Durga Builder in Edenburg City made full payment but never aloted a plot to me. All receipt are with me. I made lot of visit to their office. Always said case is pending in the court will be resolved soon but never. I suffering a lot on this account. I am able to think what to do ? I need a help.

Dear All friends,

I'm Rajat Sahni (Advocate). This post started by wife Arti Kashyap. My father in law booked the plot in M/s. Durga builders colony in Faridabad. In 2013, we filed the I.A. In Hon'ble Supreme Court, now we recieved the order in month of July'15.

Now we filed the matter in Saket Court Delhi for Civil & Criminal both against all directors of the Company. If anyone interested then contact us, we will fight together in a proper way on urgent basis.
