Dwarkadhis projects pvt. Ltd – 707, gopal heights, netaji subhash place pitampura Md/owner – sulekh jain; anil dwarkadhis manager - [protected] Reference: Unit no.: b2/02 Ah002055 - mohd arif ahmed I bought this property in 2007 with the clp (Construction link plan) and at that time the possession date was oct 2010. I didn’t pay them after seeing no progress in the project. I actually went there to see how many floors they are done with / constructed and it was no where close the promised state. I am still paying for my rent every month (12000 per month) and still not asking for any late payment charges or interests. I did not make any payment after paying for the allotment and covered car parking charged which was the 3rd installment. The booking was still under my name until my last visit to them in the head office in feb 11 and now they have sold this property / flat to someone else without my consent or making any payments toward my original payment (4, 65, 000 – four lakh sixty five thousand only). The project construction is still very slow and i don’t think they can deliver this project even in 2012. I don’t want to deal with them anymore and need my full refund for the entire amount (4, 65, 000) – my hard earned money. Pls somebody help!!! I am also sufferer . I paid 13 instalment and they are not asking 14th . I feel there is some foul play as probably they want to confiscate property. I send them many letters and now filed case in consumer court

Hi All,

Pls note that this case has been resolved. I would request the consumer daddy support team to pls close this case with Dwarkadhis builders.

They have agreed to refund the amount of 4, 50, 000 (Four Lakh Fifty Thousand Only). I would request authorities to do not take any action againt this complaint.

I fully understand your concern. In fact it was their first project in the real estate sector and due to inexperience they could not plan the development and construction and project got delayed. Now cost has escalated to the extent that they may not be able to deliver the same on the same rate. So they are levying unnecessary charges to recover additional sum from their customers. I have filed several cases on behalf o f several such customers who despite paying 90% of the payment could not get the possession of the flat.
