Flush and shower broken bedding wasn’t proper is this what raddison provides

I had booked an apartment A 12 A 6 at Casa Romana.

The project is getting delayed more than 5 years and my hard earned money is stuck.

Something needs to be done on priority to either complete the project or return the money with interest.

I have booked a flat in DPL CASA Ramona, Sector-22, Dharuhera in June 2014. Also, I have made the payment of 95%, but still, we are waiting for the possession of the flat.

I booked a flat N-081 in CASA ROMANA at Sec-22
Dharuhera Dist. Rewari, with builders Dwarkadhish currently named as DPL HOMES.
It was the worst experience till date. The booking was made in year 2013 and I am writing a complaint in year 2021 with no whereabouts the construction details. I have made all the payments as asked till date (almost 95% of total payment).
My booking was under construction linked plan but seems like DPL has cheated me because construction status is nowhere near to completion, builder is not providing any further details. I am paying regular EMI's to bank.
This builder is not at all reliable, in last 7 years, they changed the company name, project name even flat measurements along with there office address (3 times)
I want to aware people not to invest with them. After several years of waiting we seems to be at the shear loss of time and money with out heading any where.
I want the builder should return my money with interest, so that I can repay the bank and I have filled a cheating case against them.

Delivered very cheap quality saree and cheated1090/- on cod. Order number is ft[protected]. I ordered original silk saree. God the parcel by shadowfax. Called them to complain. They gave me email id roma. [protected]@gmail.com of dplsurat. Mailed dplsurat. But no action or response was seen. I want back my hard earned money and want these fraud companies to be punished

I aditya prakash rupam and my brother booked a flat in casa romana in 2017 and paid an amount of rs. 8, 85, 000 as cash and another rs. 14, 71, 353 through bank loan as we opted it from sbi for total of 48 lacs.

It was promised that i will not have to pay interest of emi until possession (No emi till possession clause) for their casa romana structure.

Now it's been 5 months builder has not paid the interest amount and i am paying from my own pocket to the bank. Also when i asked for the amount they did not respond as jyoti grover is the concerned lady for responses.

I also do not see that the construction is also happening properly and i will receive the possession even in 2019 which should have been in march 2018 as builder is not yet registered with hrera and builder now has sent a notice with demand note to pay the 3rd and 4th installment.

I just need refund of my amount and the loan amount to bank, so that atleast i can plan for something.

I have joined this company on 15th march 2018 and have worked here till 16th may 2018, they terminate their employees any time and they have not paid my salary. They said we will not consider your workings and presence and refused to pay my salary. When i called the director, he abused me and said do not call me again. I have beg several times for my salary. This company is a big fraud. This company eats your money and they are planning to run away soon.

Their are two Flyovers between Kapriwas & Sidhrawali. but in actual the bigger flyover required on Kapriwas chowk instead of Sidhrawali which can cover the traffic coming from Bhiwadi chowk towards NH-8 (New 70ft road and old Bhiwadi road via Gurjar Ghatal). Due to this their regular traffic jam at that location.
Request you to Please do the needful.

Dearsir, i booked a flat in casa romana project of dpl at daruhera disst. Rewari haryana on 30.032016, vide acknowledgement receipt dated 30 3.2016, at the time of agreement when i ask them that u are claiming to give possession by dec. 2017 along with all amenieties mentioned in brochure, pl include the same commitment in agreement. Builder refused, this shows that builder based on false commitments alluring customers, i then asked pl.Include penalty clause which. Is given for customer as charging of intrest +penal interest at the @27%, i asked pl include this clause for customer also as if builder fails to deliver. Same interest rate should be paid by builder to customer on the amount customer has paid, builder refused to accept that clause. I then applied for cancellation of booking, i posted 2 e mail but builder did not replied

I am writing to you as a resident of dwarkadhis aravali heights, sector-24, dharuhera. This is a society of 1500 apartment in sector-24 on bhiwadi-nh 8 bypass road under the jurisdiction of dharuhera.

In our society, more than 250 families are residing since may 2013. We have already paid requisite fees for the independent power supply through 33 kv feeder for a smooth living in the society and in this concern all funds has been submitted to dhbvn through builder before occupancy of society. A sanction for bulk supply (Domestic) load has been granted by electrical department and thereafter installation has been done by the authorities.

It is a matter of great sorrow & pain for all residents of aravali heights that after one year of occupancy in the society, we are not in the possession of authorised 33 kv feeder supply. Now the power is supplied by the builder through its industrial supply and by running diesel generators hours to hours which affects us in the mean of high cost.

When we raised this issue to the dhbvn & builders authorities, they admitted that the installation/ laying o[censored]nderground cables has been stopped by the villagers of kapdiwas village.

Seeing the constraint on this issue, you are kindly requested to initiate the needful action against the culprits and a suitable directives be issued to the admin authorities of dharuhera/rewari under your jurisdiction for restoration of cables at the earliest. A faith and hope of more than250 families are based on you and i am sure, this matter will be sorted out on priority basis.

I will be highly obliged if a suitable reply be reverted to me in this regard.

For possession of the flat by the builder in the aravali project. Bcoz: - we have paid over 110% of the cost of the flat. - the purchase price is: rs1380……p. Sq. Ft. Size of flat is…1250…. Sq. Ft. Total cost is:…….1725000 And that you have paid rs…2400000……. Already. Which is more than the contracted cost of the flat. - parking slot price rs.75, 000/- to rs.1, 50, 000/- not payable as per orders of h’ble sc. - club membership not poayable as it is optional and moreover the club is not even constructed and that it is proposed to be constructed on the common super area which is jointly owned by the resients. - all charges of account of electricity, water, power back-up to be paid at the time when the project is granted these connections. The same shall become payable at the rates fixed by the govt. - edc / idc not payable as they are included in the cost of the flat. - they issued possession letter before the actual possession which is still pending
