e bay — no service post sales
Hi ,I bought a new mobile(blackberry 9520) thru e bay on jan 3rd and current is getting passed in the backside of the metal body when i do charging. I wrote a mail to the dealer but they didnt respond me properly. Today when i call the cust care, they simply said that you should check prior to the sales and said that we cannot help you anymore. It costs rs.15k and now mobile is useless.
It was a bad experience and i wont buy anymore from and also wont recommend anyone.

e bay — Annoying customer support by E BAY
Recently purchased a USB modem data card from E BAY through one of their re-sellers. Since the device was not working on my machine, the same was re-sent to the seller and claimed for the money re-fund. It's been more than 2 months now. The problem has not been resolved.Reached them through mails, calls..but their customer support is so annoying. Each time a customer support executive picks the call and collects the details repeatedly but in vein.
Their customer support sucks!
