Well, recent stats suggest that they charge Rs 150 for 3D goggles out of which only Rs 100 are refundable.
What sense does this makes?
and whats worst is that they only tell this to consumer once they have already booked a ticket. This is just Rubbish and not atall acceptable.

E square is a worst chain of Multiplex not run by professionals. That is why look how all other multiplex have multiplied there growth and e Square is still dangling.

it was not the first time, this had been a very common thing at e-square while watching 3d movies. I went to watch the movie “kung fu panda 2” yesterday(29th may, 2011), from the beginning itself many scenes were getting blurred even after wearing those goggles(it was like a 2d movie with a few scenes not visible with/Without the goggles). After 40-45 mins public got angry and started shouting, few o[censored]s went out and asked for managing person. After watching the crowd getting angry first they promised that the movie will be shown from the beginning again however they just rewinded he movie for 15 mins back. When we shouted again then show has started again after one hour, but they were very consistent with the (poor)quality so public started shouting again.
So, after 2 hrs(approx.) They started refunding the money, we got our money back. For them it was like since we are not able to show you the movie we are refunding the money, but they had no regrets that they have wasted so much of our time and spoiled our sunday plan. I could not think of anything but something must be really done against these people. We do not go there to spoil our mood by paying money !! there are other expenses we make to reach there e.G. Parking, fuel, and most of all our "precious time" we want to enjoy with our family or friend, what they have spoiled. Who is going to repay for that and then these guys behave rudely too.
Please let me know what can be done about this !!

E-Square is smart they do not give parking receipt on their names but on some private firms name, so u cannot complaint against them.
They will imprison you for 3 hours of the movie you are not allowed to go out or even bring your water bottle, as you have to buy water at rates much higher then the MRP. Also they do not have water dispenser of their own, even if they have it is only one kept in a remote corner, how can a crowd of over 800 people at a time have water from one unit.
The soft drinks and food items are exorbitantly charged and people have no option but to buy from them only, 2 Samosa, s no where in the world are charged 60 rs.

E Square multiplex — high parking rates in multiplex
Hi...I have gone to E Square multiplex, pune. Its so ridiculous to pay a car parking amount of 30 rs . As far as i know, According to rules, Parking fee shouldnt be taken in malls and multiplex. But the owners of these will nt stop extorting money.
