Dear sir,
I have booked e-tickets online dated 13/09/2011.The journey date was fixed on 16/09/2011.But as ill luck would have it I have no other option to file TDR in the eleventh hour and the cancellation procedure was not available.The Reference no.of TDR is ekt[protected] dated 15/09/2011.The PNR NO.is [protected] booked no.13/09/2011.Now the Railways Authority disallowed to refund the amount after a gape of four and a half months.The cause of the rejection is not known to me.We have expensed our hard earned money to buy the e-tickets but we are deprived of getting refund.It is our earnest request to look into the matter and refund the amount at an early date.
