I am Easy Bill Authorized Distributor.I make a transaction of Rs. 410 for vodafone instant recharge from my Easy Bill Online A/c on 03/09/2010. While processing this transaction no confirmation message has arise on screen only Back button has come and after long waiting the recharge transaction is not get success. I confirm the customer again and again and he told that his balance was not get updated. Then I immediately recharge the same mobile from Oxigen(whom franchisee I also have) and this time the transaction is get successful and on the spot the user get recharge value. I write a mail to Vodafone regarding this recharge and they reply that they don't get any recharge request from Easy Bill.
In this regard I also write both to Oxigen and to Easy Bill for unsuccessful transaction but both of them reply to me by specifying the same Operating Id of Vodafone that their transaction was get successful. So please let me explain how both of the companies (Oxigen & Easy Bill) can claim the same Operator Id for a single transaction.As I confirm from Vodafone or from user that only one recharge trasaction Rs.410 was made on that day and was successful and it was from Oxigen because they firmly confirm it. Then after repeated requests to Easy Bill from last 1 & 1/2 month that their transaction was unsuccessful and they refund my money. But Easy Bill Customer Care don't refunding my money and now even not repling of your queries. Here one thing I more want to explain that most of the Easy Bill Mobile Recharge transactions are get unsuccessful and they deduct the money from our a/c and return after two days or sometime after repeated mail requests. So In this way Easy Bill creating much hardship, mental suffering tension for me by not resolving this issue o[censored]nsuccessful recharge.
