Easy bill offered me complete package of all networks of recharge services but they failed to provide some of the major networks like AIRTEL. You might say it may be technical issue for any technical issue there should be any dead line to fix the problem but they are openly not in the state to answer any type of questions are willing to fix the problem.

my name is Tarun & i am a retailer of Easy Bill, my user id is WA1721770 & my distributor id is 1576.
i was booked a rail ticket on 3-jul-2010 as jouney date 06-jul-2010
ticket pnr no. is [protected]
irctc transaction id is [protected].
but the train was cancelled by railways.
customer ask me for refund the ticket amount.
but ticket was deleted from my acount id as rules of easy billbr...
