EB — Frequent Power Drops

Hi,

I am staying in the Dharmaraja Koil Street area of Kilpauk Garden, here our area have facing frequent power drops in the night time very badly compared to earlier days, since we are facing the issue in months ago. When ever I try the EB number of Kelly's area its engaged. I think they will simply put off the phone it seems. Kindly take necessary action.If any earlier steps to our problem would be greatly appreciated.
