I am very disappointed with the service you providing to your customer.
I ordered mobile just because of the name of Ebay but
I didnt realize about the company and how fraud you are.
I made the payment online by my card for mobile and received mobile
in very bad condition. I was out of town at the time of delivery.
I opened the pack and found broken screen mobile and that was really
shocking for me so see that. I am not going to keep this damaged mobile
so change it asap because I have paid for new mobile not for
defective mobile. If Its not get delivered so I will take some
legal action against Ebay and will go Online to update all the
social sites about your fraud with happened with me.

ebay says lie i m not replying to ebay's mails.
also i m send to ebay product pics.

2.What type of inner packaging was used to protect the
content (e.g., Styrofoam, bubble wrap) bubble rape ( I could not found any Styrofoam, bubble wrap) bubble rape )
3.Any damages caused to the outer packaging
(e.g. Dent/squashed/smashed/crushed)? ( Dent )
4.Any damages caused to the inner packaging
(e.g., Bubble wrap torn)? ( yes )
5.Please advice specific name of the contents
that was damaged/missing
as per invoice? ( EBay or your Currier Company )
6.How many items are damaged/missing
as per invoice? ( Only 1 Item Screen dent )
7. Please advice if the damage to the box
is correspondence with the damaged/missing of the item
