I purchased a mobile on 15th may'2013. The Mobile was shipped by the seller and when i was trying to track the mobile through the shipment number i was not able to track it. I registered a complaint on 22nd May 2013. They gave me so many reason and finally the refund was approved on 27th May 2013. They gave me a mail stating that you will receive the refund in 3-4 working days. Its again a week over and i still did not get any refund. I spoke to the ebay customer care people and they did not give any proper response from beginning. They kept on repeating the same sentence " Wait for 48 - 72 Hrs your problem will be resolved ". I spoke to them for more than 5 Hrs in last 10 days. They put the call on hold for more than 5 min keep on processing. I'm mentally tensed much because of them and my money was also not returned back in time that i was not able to buy another phone as well. I want this complaint to be filed and requesting a solution for this. Was this information helpful? |
