[Resolved] Ebay.in — WRONG GUARANTEE

I pay for a non stick pan from Seller Id 3723manish 3.1 Lt. but I took 2.6 Lt pan but seller refuse to pay difference amout so I raised Guarantee claim - 259950. with ebay for paypaisa id [protected] with hope of so called "EBAY GUARANTEE". To looks serious by ebay send strange mail asking my ph no without it u cant open account and it is available with my profile. Even I send mail with ph no again they asked photo of the item I send it too but next they said case resolve and no action taken to refund my money it is scam. dont believe in eby guarantee.
