Sir, I Bidded a Pen Drive and one the same. I made the payment immediately through my Cr Card through Paisa Pay. After that i received a mail from the seller asking me to pay Rs 820 for the product which is against Ebay policy. Then i mailed the seller thrice regarding this issue and he is not at all responding. So i raised the issue to Ebay customer care and the responce given by them is not satisfactory. After that no responce from Ebay also. Product ID :[protected] Paisa Pay Transaction ID : [protected] The amount i paid also is not refunded. This is Prasad. I understand what problems u r facing. I am also a ebay seller as well as buyer. When this type of problem occurs you should directly open the Case. To open the case go to Resolution centre and select the reason and type the item number. Ebay will look in this matter.
