[Resolved]  eBay India — Refund not given

I have purchased one mp3 player from ebay.in on 27. nov.2009

Item id:[protected] item name : 4GB mp3 player from dealer asianinformatics
Trans id:[protected]

I have returned that item since it is not working.

I recieved mail from ebay that my paid amount(Rs.2098) will be reimbursed. I recieved email from

on 25.01.10.

I am supposed to recieve the D.D. by 25.03.10 (i.e. 60days).

I have contacted customer support through phone many times but each time that they are telling they escalated my case. But finally one customer support executive asked to send a mail to [protected]@ebay.com.

So far I have not received any reply from them.
