I contacted to the Ebay customer service through phone. But the representative was waste 1 hour and was not able to provide me any resolution about the replacement of my watch.
Then after 1 hour, he told me that i will transfer your call to our senior representative. Senior Representative was not attended my call and they disconnected my call. I received damaged watch and I claimed for the replacement. When I contacted first time, ebay's representative told me that i will get the replacement. But after 10 days, I received a call from the claim team and the representative told me that I can not get the replacement. The claim team representative did not help me to resolve my matter and he told me that " I am closing the claim" , even my issue is not resolved yet. That customer representative was not helpful and was not ready to help me and he told me that i should go to the repair center. Why I should go to the repair center, when I received a damaged item.He dont know how to tackle a customer. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I need replacement to my watch. I received damaged watch. I dont want to loose my money. Please help me in this matter, if ebay really help customers. Seriously, I am a very DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
