eBay India Private Limited — Rs 9491 paid online but not received product or they refunded my money

Sir,
I have purchased a Mobile phone under Ebay.in ( Ebay India private Limited ) and paid 9,490.50 rupees using my credit card. But I have not received any product, Company provided me fake Airways bill number.
• Courier Name: BLUE DART
• Airway Bill Number: [protected]
When I have raised a refund request…..company executive are playing with me like not interested to solve my issue.
