Ebay.in — pathetic customer service and hollow promise of resolving claims in 20 days | |||
Dear Ebay Buyers, i want to share my experience of dealing with Ebay Customer service in settling of my claim id # 71931. On the site ebay promise of resolution in 20 days time from the date of claim submission. nobody from their so called non existent claim adjustment team called me or emailed me in last 20 day. when i called up customer service and got through them after 14 minutes of waiting. he promised me that someone will call me on the very same day. nobody bothered to call. i again called up and repeated the whole exercise with wait time of at-least 15 min, i got the reply that someone will surely get in touch with me. when i asked about email id of their customer service manager then they gave me this email id [protected]@ebay.com Lets see what happens. This is so true, the same is happening to me, I bought an item on 3 august, 2012. I have called ebay 4 times and got assurance I will receive a call but never received one. I dont know how to proceed now, I think going to consumer court may solve it. Lets see.
