I bought a tablet PC from ebay site for rs. 12249 PaisaPay ID [protected] about 1 month back and was assured of a warranty of 1 year. A couple of days back the tablet has started showing display problems. on contacting ebay the people there are not co-operative and tell me that they cover product only for 30 days u contact the seller. the seller is not responding to any of my communication. On asking ebay people to intervene and negotiate with seller to get me the warranty cover ebay refuses to do so and say that there responsibility is over. how come there responsibility is over if the seller that they have allowed on their site to sell products is not giving the cover. it becomes responsibility of ebay to look into the matter and persuade3 the seller to provide warranty cover. As i bought the product from ebay trusting their name and not from the seller directly as i don't even know the seller. kindly help me out in this situation and get me a replacement or my money back.
