[Resolved]  ECE Industries Limited — Malfunction of Lifts at our residential complex "ARUNIMA PALACE "

We are the residents of a residential complex named " ARUNIMA PALACE", Facing a lot of problems with the lifts installed by the ECE INDUSTRIES. There are several nos. of complaints regarding the faliure of components and malfuncntioning of lifts in the complex. The company had replaced the named components because the components supplied by them were of an inferior quality. Now in order to cover up your lapses in supplying the quality material, they taken the plea of voltage variation or high voltage input.

The excuses taken by them are untenable. Had there been wide voltage fluctuations or high voltage input, there would have been umpteen number of complaints from the residents of the complex complaining damage to their domestic appliances . But not a single complaint has come from the residents complaining damage to their appliances either because of voltage fluctuation or high voltage input.

We conducted a survey in NOIDA and Ghaziabad on this subject and did not find a single case where V3F drive or door safety drive failed due to voltage fluctuation or high voltage. You will appreciate that if at all there is voltage fluctuation in the area, it should not be confined to “ArunimaPalace”only. Such a fluctuation would be experienced by the residents of other societies in Vasundhara as well as Noida, Indira Puram or Ghaziabad. But none such case has ever been heard by us.

Residents living in the society are having their lives on stake. Lifts are like lifeline of a multistoried buildings. But this company was failed to deliver the quality product as well as looses the reputation in the market.

Despite there being several lift manufacturers in the country, we placed confidence in ECE INDUSTRIES LIMITED and placed order with them for supply of lifts but they have betrayed our confidence reposed in them.
