We bought new glass door elevator from ece.The glass door were found broken when opened at our site.
The company has blamed us for the broken door, which they say have been shifted 2-3 times at our home.
The shifting whenever done was done by thier team and also the box were opened by their team when installation was to be done and not when the material arrived.
We requested them to show us the lift material when it arrived, but they refused to show us claiming thar the material is fragile and to be opened only when installation to take place
So actually we never know whether the material was broken when the material came at our site or while ### at our home.
They are not at all ready to accept that the quality of packing material should be good enough so that any fragile material should be safe in any normal condition.
Now they are forcing us to pay for the broken doors
We had paid them 90% payment for the material with our hard earned money and now are being forced to pay more for the broken doors as we are dependent on them
We thought "birla group" will stand for ethics and never fail their CUSTOMERs.but the way they have left us stranded in the situation shows that buyer has no say against these big groups

We are the residents of a residential complex named " Shri Sudhakar Residency 3, E003077", Facing a lot of problems with the lifts installed by the ECE INDUSTRIES in Nagpur, Maharashtra Region. There are several nos. of complaints regarding the stop working of lifts and malfunctioning of lifts in the residential apartment. The lift in service period from the date of installation and stop may times, after every 2 weeks we need call complaint about the same and the same is happening from last 3 months, the company service person fail to resolve the problem and ask to call here and there and they denied to replace the the malfunctioning component. ECE service people visited may times but does not provide concrete solution, they are just delaying till the service period get over and charge for component from the customer.

The excuses taken by them are untenable. Had there been communication issue component address the service person attended asked by the Service Head of Nagpur, there would have been umpteen number of complaints from the residents of the apartment complaining about proper solution not given by the company people.

Residents living in the society are having their lives on stake. Lifts are like lifeline of a multistoried buildings. But this company was failed to deliver the quality product as well as looses the reputation in the market.

Despite there being several lift manufacturers in the country, we placed confidence in ECE INDUSTRIES LIMITED and placed order with them for supply of lifts but they have betrayed our confidence reposed in them.
