Education Loan — rejection of my education loan

dear sir
i am jamaluddeen p.i applied education loan on online.and i got registered ticket number SB-EL-[protected].THEN I CONTACTED THE MY NEAREST SBI BANK AT SULLIA BRANCH.(D.K.DISTRICT KARNATAKA).BUT THEY REJECTED MY EDUCATION LOAN .

Sir, I applied education loan in KVB bank at karur main branch for my higher studies.But they ask me to submit original document of any immovable document.But we have no immovable property.So I request you to please take any action for my Educational Loan.
