[Resolved]  EIILM University, Sikkim — Regarding UGC Approved

all of you check the list of approved state universities from ugc site.the site is ugc.ac.in
according to that list eiilm is not approved university, .and one thing is also clear a state university cant give a regular
degree outside of his state.
if anybody of you want to take action against these kinds of frauds institutes you can submit tha case in consumer court.
the all colleges of rai foundations are fraud like rai business school, iilm, bsb, nsb and many more.
i also file the case against iilm college badarpur.
if anybody want to take more information, you can also call mo at [protected].and please dont take admission in fraud institutes because time never comes back this time is our precious time.

i am a MBA student of EIILM University, Sikkim. I am studying in one its affiliated Business School in Delhi,
I want to ask that EIILM University is UGC approved or not & if yes than, Can they issue UGC approved degree in other state like in delhi?pls send me legal paper regarding this.
Is EIILM University provide regular degree in all state's collage?

You are correct. According to Guide lines laid by authorities, No university can cross its teritory state for regular degree.

I am a BCA student of EIILM University, Sikkim.
I want to ask that EIILM University that when would be 6th semester reslts be given out as most of the colleges are asking the original last marksheets to be submitted by the end of august or starting of September to get admission for MBA in their college.
We would be having our last semester's exam in the month of June.If we see previous year's record we got our results in the month of October so we would not be able to take admission in any of the Management Colleges for further studies this year.

im gagan and currently pursuing MBA (industry intigrated) in rai business school at raipur. that college is providing me degree of. madurai kamraj university madurai.sir i when i got the first sem result. on the mark sheet having ha term (olc)off learning centre, and college name is raipur eductaion trust.sir what is the mean of off learning centre.and is that university able to provide me regular degree. currently UGC has been provide the fake univercity which is running the cources out of state.is my college is commiting fake promisess that our college rai business school (affilated by MKU )is not distance learning and that is recognised by UGC, sir my college name is rai business school but mark sheet name is raipur education trust. please sir help me im very tence by all these questions.
