[Resolved]  Elcot — irreponsible answers and not paying attention to customers!

I had order the elcot laptop on july 13th and they confirmd the oreder on 23rd they have announced that they will deliver the laptop within 5weeks!! But it is almost reached above seven week! when i call to the helpline they just take the receiver and did't speak to us instead they spoke with the near by persons please don't think iam mean or saying worng with elcot its true because i got this exerience with these elcot people!! even after the delay of delivery then did't contact us or didn't give any thing about the delay they simply extended there offer and forget about the laptop oredered people still now iam waiting for my laptop when will i get gods only know????
