I received kalaignar colour television .it have some problems. The screen size of the tv is very small.the video hight is very small.so difficult to see.

i have received TN govt colour Tv but in the screen the message is "Factory ... someting" is seen when we viewing any channel so how to get rid of this mark from the screen pls help...
