[Resolved]  Election Card — Lost Election Card,Have Xerox only

iam at h.no.48-53/8, papayya yadav nagar i.d.p.l. colony, Quthbullapur (mondal), Rangareddy (dist)-500037
i have not recieved my election card / my card number . i have searched nearer schools but not shown my name. please help me further proceedings.

I am Praveen Kumar K, and my electoral card no is JJK 1451632 and my wife card no JJK 1460971, so far we have not received election identity cards, please send the cards by post at the earliest to utilise
my vote without any constraints..
This is to inform you that already i made a personal visit to GHMC, LB Nagar to collect my cards, but
your records showing the names and nos, and your official says due to software problem we could not
issue the cards..
