i have been given vote two times, my name is in voter list but my voter id card not received to me

Daar concern,

4 months before I have submitted my Photo & Form for Election card. but not yet received.
I visited in Dist court in elction card section in Nagpur on 13.04.2009, 11 AM. Nobody was present there to attend my complaint. one helpline number was written on the board [protected]. I tried that number arount 100 times but nobody lift the phone. When this people in Govt sect will justify their salary.
but I will never stop, I will protest against this handicape system. and I will vote.

I have been given the all requried documentsd at Sukhasagar Nagar, katraj, pune 46, but still i don't have received the Elction Card for me or not for my Family aslo, we are 4 in our family .
So kindly request to you pls help us to get the election card, coz you know also know how much important it is .
