Election Commision Of India — Name not found in the Voter List

I have applied for Voters ID card on 28th august 2008..i was not issued voter id card till now...and my name is not in the voters list.. I was told that my name did not feature a part of the voters list. This shows how serious the elections staffs are working.
When Inqured to the Zonal officer he dose not even bother to respond to queries.
This makes me feel the present Gove is fit for nothing and jus begs at every bodys feet to get back to power. This is the state of the election commision and indian politics.

I have completed the formalities of registering my name thrice. But still my name hasnt appeared even once in the list. these people are completely irresponsible and they expect the people to come out and vote. if they cant perform their duties they have no right to point fingers at people who do not vote. the condition in this country is pathetic.

All of them are lazy and good for nothing. still they expect people to elect them in elections every time.
