VOTER ID CARD NOT RECEIVED

i am vinoth kumar.R age 23, i have applied for voter id card on 2006 still i didnt get it yet,i did complaints about it at more time to the officials, i didnt get any response and i did complaint to my village ward member also(name:jeeva)several times but noi didnt get any response.so please consider my problem i really need voter id for several reasons(employement registrations,apply for job etc....)
