[Resolved]  Election Commission Of India — change the name

I have changed my surname from PAUL to DHARMAPAL & my first name TAPAS is unchanged. I reside at 30P/2, H. K. Sett Lane, Kolkata 70050. My Father's name is LATE NISHITH RANJAN PAUL. My Voter's Identity Card No. is WB / 22 / 160 /255088, which bears my earlier name TAPAS PAUL & issued on 25.08.1995. The change has been already notified, but it is not yet incorporated in Voter's Identity Card. Shall I get a NEW I CARD with the same I-Card No.? How to get the same?

i got my name changed from sujatha to vijayavarnikkha in the year 2005. and i reside at g-4 Bora apartment, 52. kothaval chavady street, saidapet, chennai-15. My father name is N.EKAMBARAM, MY voter's identity card no is TN/03/014/0381406 bearing my old name sujatha and issued on 22/08/1998 The name change had been notified to the concerned authorities, and my new name is enlisted in the voter's list, but the new name is not included in the identity card. what is the procedure to change the name? shall I get a new identity card with the same id card no? or with some other identity no? How to get the same? please help me to get my identity card soon?

i have reg online for voters id... but in order to check my status i need an subission id number which i have not stored... where do i find that again... and how long does it take to recieve the id card...
