[Resolved]  Election Commission Of India — wrongly entered name and incomplete residential address

in my ec id card my name and address wrongly printed. kindly what is the procedure for change the new card.

There is a mistake in both my name & address after doing correction for the 3rd time i am fed up with this

Respected Sir. My name is Mahalakshmi W/o S.D.Sivakumar and ID card Number JMS3476421 My location is TAMILNADU-DHARMAPURI. Dt, HARURTown. PIN636903. My date of birth 16.04.1953 But in my voter ID card My age as on 01.01.2006 is 27 years. So I ca'not
vote in any Election.And I can't use this card as IDENTY CARD.

Hence I request to rectify the card please.
