[Resolved] Election Commission / Voter ID — Voter ID card not issued/misplaced

Election commission representative came to my home, collected the information, filled forms, we went to the nearbly camp to get our pictures taken to get the Voter ID cards, we even gave them our passport photos. 6 of my family members got their IDs, whereas I did not. Election Commission — Misplacement of Voter ID

I have misplaced my Voter ID # TN / 02 / 010 / 0318086 issued byE.R.O, Chennai on 12.08.1995.
Kindly provide me a duplicate Votor ID or advice me the procedure to get the same.
