I have been receiving wrong electric bill (in the range of Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 60,000/-) from MSEB department since more than one year and every month I or my wife is visiting your Thane office for manual correction of bill.
I and my wife have requested and escalated to your officer in Thane office for necessary correction (Xerox copy of bills is also given), however neither the necessary action is taken nor a commitment is received. Was this information helpful? |
I was regularly paying bills which were around 800 rupees every month which i think were appropriate considering my electricity usage & that i dont even have AC's/Geyser or any other appliances which consume much electricity.
Adding to it, we all are working @ home, so can MSEB explain me what made them bill me such an huge amount .
Currently i am just posting a comment, but if my issue doesnt get solved which i am trying to solve which is difficult considering arrogant MSEB officials, i am willing to pull these people into legal actions.
