    I have emailed multiple times to [protected]@tssouthernpower.com but there is no response from you, its like looting customers for incorrect billing. NOT FARE This is in regards to SERVICE NUMBER :[protected]. The meter was
    changed, however the billed amount is not calculated as the average
    of SIX months due to meter faulty. Could you please readjust the
    billed amount that is supposed to be the average of SIX months for
    meter faulty.

    Additional to bill, the concerned person for changing meter has taken Rs.2240 for changing meter and on asking that this amount is not mentioned in website he says this is not mentioned but have to pay for meter change. and addition to this the billed is charged more than Rs 1000

      Feeling harassed due to surplus electricity bill. After several complaints in the main office, there is no action taken. Paying surplus bills since 7 months. It is too much now. It should be taken care of by the department.

On these month my electricity bill was came on 13sep which was very late and he didn't gave any bill to my mom as she asked and replied that there was no reedings were coming in your meter and on that day the message came from electricity board on which my bill is above 1600 which was very high and no heavy loads like fridge, ac, or cooler was not in use our highest bill was 350 till now, and we pay the current bill on time promptly.
            So, my request to you is take some immediate action about these issue.

                I pallavi chauhan, a tenant residing in the ground portion of the house no. 72 saket nagar received the electricity bill showing that the units consumed are 499 kw but there are no appliances like ac or water motor and i hardly have any appliances which uses units more than 1 unit per day but the bill generated is way too high and it is impossible for me to pay the same as i have not used the same. Kindly look into the matter as the electricity department is charging me unreasonably.

                  Subject - Subject - For the same Electricity Meter, Bills received with 3 different consumer numbers. Consumer number is being changed again and again without notifying the consumer(Amrendra Singh).Consumer IDs - 1807383, 1807368 and[protected]

                  Dear Sir,

                  I want to inform you with great disappointment that the recent electricity bill received with a surprise high amount 30419 Rs. Before raising RTI we sought clarification from Fatuha Electricity Office where my brother(Nitish Kumar ) visited personally but no one clarified our doubt, every one responded with least care that i don't know how the consumer id has been changed and how the meter reading is so high and how to fix it, no one assured us that from now onwards, the consumer id will not be changed. Now we are really in dark and we don't know whom to reach out to clarify, how the consumer id for the same electric meter has been changed 3 times without sending any notification to the consumer. We are really afraid of facing any legal action for not paying the electricity bill on time. But how can we pay such a high bill while we were paying the bill regularly with consumer id 1807383. All of sudden we received an electricity bill of 30419 rs with consumer id[protected] for simple household uses. We asked them to show any previous bill which shows any amount near to 30419 Rs but they did not.

                  With such irregularities in electricity office, we being common man are being harassed running to the electricity offices without any proper response.

                  I am raising this RTI with firm believe that i will get my issue resolved. Please clarify me what is correct bill amount of meter number 11623882 consider all three consumer ids 1807383, 1807368 and[protected]. We were paying our bill online regularly with consumer code 1807383 till 20/05/2016. After that i was not able to pay the bill as the website/app was showing consumer code 1807383 is not valid. So i request you to correct my electricity bill adjusting any late fine as we were not responsible for not paying the bill, we did not receive any bill till the last surprised high bill received of amount 30419 Rs with different consumer id[protected].
                  We have raise RTI also for this issue and the RTI application No is 784614.

                    I want to raise issue that i am facing regarding electricity bill made for april. As we are two girl's living in rental house and we changed house from april. And when i got bill, bill generated wrongly i. E. 34270/- and some arrears curr. Fin. Yr. Amount added i. E. 26480/-, this bill includes units dated from 12 feb to 12 april. When i asked to landlord to check it your end with electricity board then i came to know feb bill is not generated in pspcl side. And they re-generated another bill after correction with amt. 3430/- as i always received emails regarding bill generated of 2 months. But didn't received feb bill.
                    And new bill includes units dated from 13 dec to 12 april, now arrears prev. Fin. Yr. Amount added i. E. 1707/-
                    I asked to landlord it's still not correct as always arrears any is 0 i want to know 1707/- is for what. He said go to electricity office at your end. I do but in electricity office, employee didn't give me satisfied answer and told pay 3271/- instead 3430/- as feb bill not reached to you now estimated bill generated. As we both are working didn't get time to figure out why they put arrears prev. Fin. Yr. Amt. So clear this as with living of 2 person's moreover not at home 24 hrs. Always bill is not more than 2000 generated
                    If feb bill is 860/- then let us know april bill (March, april) bill. If i subtract 860 from 3470 then, 2610/- is the bill of april which is not possible.
                    I don't understand this mistake occurred by pspcl or by landlord added any previous units in the bill.
                    Please resolve it asap. I am not going to pay this amt 3470/- as i know worth of money and my rights.

                    We belongs to sullurupeta under southern power distribution of AP ltd. Every month we are getting below 200 rs current bill, but this month we got 2285/-.                       Regularly the minimum bill of our house is from Rs 400 to max 600 with heavy usage. But, current bill of amount 2271 is a very huge amount and we assure that, we have not used that much. So please take necessary action and instruct the corresponding to check my meter issues and please see that a normal middle class person s should not face this problem.
                      After, necessary action request to reduce my bill amount in the coming successive bill payments. My serial number and meter number is attached in the image.

                          We are resident of gandhi nagar, bansilalpet, secunderabad hyderabad district, telangana. We always make the payment on time through the mee seva of tsspdcl. I would like to bring to your notice that the gandhi nagar, electricity department is charging more units than actual without reading the meter. This is going on since last 4 months. For this we are forced to pay the additional charges amount than the units what we have consumed.

                          From last 2 months they have not given any electricity bill and further today i. E., 7.03.2019 at 6.00 pm electricity employee came and asking to provide the stool to read the reading. When i questioned for not providing month wise billing he just went away without providing the bill.

                          In this regard, in 2017 the electricity department employee came and changed the place of the meter from north to east facing so that they can read the meter units without any hurdles and changed the meter place so that they can take the billing from the outside of the house premises. Even after changing the meter place they still blame on the customer for non availability of the persons.
                          My complaint is that the employee of the electricity department charging more units than the actual and charging the units and billing as they like. Due to this i am paying more additional charges than actual.

                            We are resident of boduppal srilaxmi nagar colony medchal district telangana. We always make the payment on time through the official website of tsspdcl. Everything was going fine but from 3 months the members from electricity board are coming to our home each month on 28th and warning us that the electricity will be cut due to non payment of bill. Though we show him the bank statement and proof of payment, he constantly tells us that at his end it is showing due. When asked about the solution to this problem he gives a number of an official. Upon calling him he speaks recklessly and does not provide any solution. The same problem continues.. We pay bill on time... The official comes home telling that bill was due. We have been making payment through the website since long but i don’t understand what is causing the problem since 3 months. Unless we know the root cause we cannot rectify it and the officials continue to embarrass and harass us every month.in the due course we have made extra payment once which is still not adjusted. I want a permanent solution.. Please help.

                                    My electricity bill for the month of september 2018, is very very high i. E. Rs. 8420/-, compared to earlier bills. My average bill is rs.700/- to 1850/- per month. Even though the usage has not changed, no new appliances have been added in the house from last more than six months and still the bill is being generated for the higher amount since last six months.
                                    It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter at the earliest as there may be possibility of power theft in the matter or some other issue.

                                        We all leave home at 9.00 and are back home by 7pm.
                                        There is no much electricity usage.

                                          Since from the last 15 days the transformer in the crop field got damaged.
                                          The farmers in the farm are just dying in the scarcity of water and also the farm animals. We have made a complaint in ajmer vidyut vitran nigam limited but there is no response from the officers. The transformer has been sent to the office. All the crop got destroyed, farm animals are thirsty due to unavailability of water. Govt. Officers are not paying any attention. Yet we are paying electricity bills timely but still humanity is absent in these officers. I request you to look into this matter seriously otherwise we all are going to sit on hunger strike.

                                            Since last 1 year I am receiving very high electricity bill from CESC Kolkata. Actually we are not using AC but still the Electic bills are coming above 2600/month which is very much high than what it should be.
                                            I have a doubt in my mind that either Electric Metre is not working properly or someone is doing Electric theft from our metre as we are unable to check what exactly happening .
                                            So request you to kindly look into it & resolve it as soon as possible

                                              Hi sir,
                                              I am really disappointed with the service of pwd in j&k, udhampur. Are they people really performing their role well, i don't think so. We don't have huge usage of electricity still getting bills like we have crossed all the bars o[censored]sage. We were not paying attention till now. But it has crossed all it's limits. The bill generated for the month of may from 1may to 31 may 2018 is 11, 210. What's the matter with meter readers? Are they out of their mind or what? We are all working in our family. Most of our time we spend outside the home, we have not used ac in the month of may. How is it possible that thr bill generated for the month is this much???
                                              I want you to take any action regarding this. The persons who are using electricity so much are getting bills like 97 rs. And people like us are getting bills with huge amount as if we are consuming electricity of others too. Please take some strong action otherwise, corruption will persist in india.

                                              The bill is in name of Mr. Govind ram Munjal iam getting wrong bill of this August month please look into the matter.
                                              Yesterday i reacievd ma electricity bill rs 6000 a month july 2018
                                              Ma average bill is every per month is rs 200 to 400
                                              But they put rworng bill in ma account

                                              The Bill has the consumption o[censored]nits which are way higher than usual. In summer we used less than 500 units despite of AC etc. Now in Monsoon the consumption shows 561 units.

                                              Monthly Bill is average 2000, but for July it is 6000+, seems to be an issue with meter reading.
                                              Nobody come to provide eb bill on regular basis, due to it, my bill is always high, so pls take corrective action in this

                                                My account no. [protected] with u. H. B. V. N ltd jagadhri circle y-32 had generated wrong bill for period march and april
                                                . The bill has readindg 69070 which is wrongly calibrated as meter reading was 59070 which make a difference of 10000 units of extra electricity.
                                                My bill was supposed to be of 3000 rs but bill was of 83000 rs
                                                I had given a written complaint to check it but there was no response of this.
                                                Please check and take action as soon as possible.

                                                  I m really dissatisfied with reliance energy board. I understand the use of electricity is way too much at our house... But when i compare the usage before and after, it was almost same... I really need to lodge a complaint regarding this. As i cant every month afford paying 6500 instead of[protected]. This has been twice.. 3 time i am not to goin to near the same thing.. Kindly do the needful. Thanks

                                                    The amount shown in bill for month of april (23 march - 23april) is 10940 which is too high as in comparison with previous months. We really think there are some loop holes or some fraudulence. As with every month passing the bill amount is getting higher while the usage is same. Kindly recheck and send us a correct bill.

However we are getting a bill between 1900 to 2100 every month. Our other flat owners who use more appliances like a/c along with the above mentioned appliances do not get a bill more than 600 to 700. We really feel that there is some loop hole in our meter or our connected is misused. Any help is appreciated please...
