[Resolved]  Electricity — NO POWER SUPPLY-NO RESPONSE EVEN FIRE IN THE MAIL CABLE

MY NAME IS SATHISHKUMAR.

Past 3 days[protected] onwards) no power supplly to my house due to earth fault, makes underground fire with knocking sound and smoke with the surround area of high radiation. I gave complaint to TNEB by following numbers

[protected], [protected] and 155333 with complaint number[protected]. Till date the problem was not rectified.

Is TNEB is there? After death of any person in my family, atleast after the incident TNEB people will come or not.

I am not able to register complaint through "Consumer Complaints Monitoring System" for the past 3 days. (Not able to create new user ID)

My opinion is better to privatize TNEB.
