Electricity supply is dim from 14 august 2022, 4:00 pm to 15 Aug 2022, 12:30pm, no solution yet. On this Azadi ka Amrit Mohatsava. This has actually became Azadi ka Vish mohatsava for us.

In my resident today evening around 8:30pm. power got off. We called customer care for register the complaint. And given 4 time.. Now going to 11 clock no body come .. And there is no response from customer care also.. ...bad experience .then why need customer care .

Last 1 months continues not available power supply properly per day only 3to 4 hour power supply available for power supply many problems we are facing no water in appratments
This lock down time is very difficult to stay home please help as possible please follow up the electricity department to solve the problem near mumbra colony om sai app c wing

End of October 2018, site technician found the 3phase meter faulty and as of now every billing cycle we are billed around Rs 6000. We gave request letter to replace the faulty meter to Assistant engineer too. Till now there is no action taken in place.

Not sure whether they are expecting money or really there is no sufficient meter to provide to the consumers for the past 6 months.

10 மாத காலத்திற்கு மொத்தமாக 550 யூனிட் தான் ஓடியுள்ளது.

தற்போது வந்து பணம் கட்ட சொல்கிறார்கள்.

தகுந்த விசாரனை செய்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன்.

Its too much lights is off in our area from yesterday night .. When we call to toll free they did not gave proper answer . so I request to take corrective measures immediately. Electricity theft I would like to draw your kind attention towards the theft of electricity in my area. Sir my neighbour ANAND TRIVEDI, address block, B 57 45/2 KOUSIK ENCLAVE burari behind jai gourav marriage lown .Delhi 110084 is thieving “ELECTRICITY” since last 6-7 years. Every day uses (he is a electricity use for without meter) He has a theft electricity done by a local electrician. infact some officials and builder are also involved in this. he gave them a bribe for this. His electricity consumption is very high in night. He theft your valuable electricity power in above mentioned address. Sir I have already given so many written and orally (by phone) complaint but no one take appropriate action towards my complaint. I hope you will take immediate action about this. and solve my colony problem.

There is an illegal power supply for more than 6 months in the above address . The service number is[protected]. We complained many EB officers and even chief officers . But there is no response after many complaints till now.

Sir, As per account summary of consumer number [protected] Regunathapuram Substation, Ramanathapuram dist. Arrear charges due to meter struck as reported in the assessment status on arrear charges was imposed of rupees 7613/- for the month of 7/2014.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> The above service connection was changed into single phase into three phase, the single phase meter was replaced with three phase meter. The 3 phase meter was removed for hyper function with new meter . the present meter number 644716 make Capital Power which showed as on date with meter reading 0758. The assessor who came for reading for 9/2013 noted as door locked even though my house remains always opened with my old aged mother, my wife and me living together since I am a retired higher secondary school head master. The warranda in my house is opened without any shutters. The assessor arbitrarily fixed reading as 500 and the cc charge with rupees 1330. Thereafter the assessor who came to take reading for the consequent months 11/2013, 1/2014, 3/2014, 5/2014 has noted all the assessment status normal the assessor did not find hypo function of the meter. But the assessment status for 7/2014 was noted as defective with present reading 0780. The revenue branch imposed arrear charge as rupees 7613/- by slip description to be paid in two installments allowable by AE. I represent that both hyper and hypo function of the defective meters installed by the department have caused untold hardships and mental agony to the consumers like me in the village. I paid my BSEB bills through netbanking STATE BANK OF INDIA on www.bsebbills.org (Consumer Id :[protected]. However transaction failed after payment through netbanking and the sum of Rs1133 was deducted. The bill was not paid though. I waited a long for the refunds and in the mean time, I paid the sum in cash. Till now(since 2months)they have not refunded the sum in my account[protected] through which payment was made.

I am a resident of sector D aliganj lucknow pin 226024. Last few months voltage in the row opposite happy world school L-iii 59 to L- iii/ 72 has been experiencing very low voltage and high voltage fluctuations. While voltage in other houses in sector D is good, voltage in the row containing these 14 houses is very poor. May essential electrical equipment dont operate because of this low voltage and fluctuations.
Right in the heart of the city, such pathetic power situation for many months now is unexpectable.

Request to please look into it and get the problem resolved.

Its been more than 5 days we are having unlimited power cuts during the day and night. The electricity goes at 11pm in the night and returns at 4:30 am and that too for two three hours where as the other phases in same locality are not having such problems. I live in n.i.t 3 block A and its been three night my family hasn't slept in peace.

Hello Sir, i just want to inform you that in House No.7/1/9, wazeerganj near maharana pratap degree college Faizabad, the electricity is being theft by few years and i complaint various times to the power corporation limited but their is no solution at all because his relative is in the elecricity department.
And varioius times my T.V. was blown due to sparking in power.and they are using a heater for preparing food.and they have four air cooler and they are deposit only 300 to 500 Rs.bill.how its posible.and inspite we are deposit the just tripal of this.
So please take some necessary action.

Sub : Problem of paying bills through bank cheque.

I, one of the bonafide consumers (Consumers ID.[protected] & Consumer No. A130986) of domestic electricity have been facing a great problem to pay the electric bill by cheque in our office of Noapara, Barasat, Kolkata-700124 has no secured Drop Box for cheque dropping and as a result, those who drop their cheques in an insecured box should be scared to see that some of them also open the box to mamke some changes in the cheques after dropping without any presence of any employee of Eletric Office, for the box is no Drop Box at all but an electrical main switch iron box without any lock and key. I went to appeal before the Senior SS of our office in black and white but he promised me to take handle although I find the same condition in the same place even today. This terrorizes me to drop my cheque there because the tender aged boys may play anything with consumers as these days are not running good and civil. The important matter is that this is no costly to arrange a Drop Box under lock and key but this office is running without.
I, therefore, pray to you to take a step for the safety and comfort of your consumers.

I, take this opportunity to put forward my grievance and I hope I could receive some guidance how to go about.
With the grace of God, and the obligation of Shree Jayalalitha, I was granted land to build a small home along with several others.

After many years, I have managed to build a house; however, to my terrible grief, I am unable to get a electric supply to my home as there is a heavy high voltage line passing over my plot.This line was a hindrance in constructing a house as per my desire and presently is a huge risk for my family members who reside in it. address: no. 88 J. J. Nagar Society of Rajapalayam city, Virudhunagar district, Tamil nadu.

I have been told that unless this line is removed I cannot be given a domestic electric line. The removal of the heavy duty line however needs expenses that should be borne by me, which is strange.On approaching the electricity board for a legal connection, I was provided by a estimate of rs.41000 to remove the line from my plot; I am sure you understand that this amount is far beyond my family budget. However, I now have the bare minimum money to obtain a legal electric connection to my home, yet the Tamil nadu Electric board authorities seem not to be considerate enough by heeding to my request.

It has been ages that due to lack of income my family has been experiencing sheer dark nights without electricity while the rest of the neighbours have a legal electric line.

Moreover apart from my family that faces this risk and is not provided with the electric line, there are several other families who also pose the same problem but hesitate to put forward their grievance to you.On behalf of all those families too, I request some authentic help . I have also tried emailing authorities to take a speedy and needful action to protect us by removal of this heavy duty line and also by granting us permission and a legal electric connection. But the email have not elicited any response.

I have confidence that you would help us out.

12 hours every day power cuts in Tiruvannamalai.

It is crazy.

9 to 12 morning.
3 to 6 afternoon
And 7 to 8pm
9 to 10pm
11 to 12pm
1 to 2 am
3 to 4 am
5 to 6 am

And in Chennai only 2 hours power cut
If they want to save power they should cut it
in the big cities, not in small cities like
Tiruvannamalai.

This is a complaint regarding Irregular & very low voltageElectricity Supply in A-1 Block, Hastsal Road Near Holi Chowk, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59. BSES is having a charge of Electricity in our area. Sir, we are bit confuse are we still in Country Side Area or Village area. We do have a pain for
such usefull things irregularity. This summer is being crazy for us this year. Low voltage supply is here in our area. and Irregular supply. They don't feel pity for us. and Stop the supply any time. No Regular Cut Off time. They do Cut off in our area mostly in mid-night. So, please have a look and
let us live ordinary life.

I live in kanhaiya nagar, shikargarh area of jodhpur. In our area electricity shortage is too much. volage is also not fine, and whenever we do complaints at electricity office, they dnt take it seriously. We have wrote an application to the A- EN at Old Power House with signature of plenty of our neighbours weeks ago, but nothing had been done till today.
electricity power cut is this much in our area that we have electricity for only 8-10 hrs a day in 24 hrs.

My mother is a cancer patient and she's suffering a lot from this powercut too.
Please take severe steps against the concerned authorities and solve our problem as soon as possible.

Their meter is tampered by expert electrician.On 10th of feb some higher authority came and replaced their meter with a new meter. but now they are trying their best to approach to some higher authorities to not to give penalty. They are using 3 AC, 3 FRIDGE, 20 -25 TUBE LITES, 3-4 GIZER etc. and are paying very less charges .so please kindly have some strict action in this regard and impose the highest penalty .
